the day before the first day of junior year
the beginning of a new start for olivia
over the summer in Italy, olivia was determined to do 3 things when she got back home those were . .
1. tell josh sanderson exactly how she felt about him
2. stop being so insecure about herself
3. Ignore peter kavinsky at all cost
she was only able to do , two of those things
you could only imagine how awkward it was going to be for olivia to tell josh exactly how she felt , with him being in a relationship and her sister best friend
but before all of that , olivia told her sister whom she told everything to
" okay let me get this straight you have a crush on josh , our josh ? How , when . . mae , he has a girlfriend. " signed martha.
olivia said nothing, how could she , she was embarrassed , josh was like martha's brother. martha immediately saw the look on olivia's face and intimately felt bad.
It wasn't olivia's fault , she can't help how she feels , her sister realized that .
" oh baby , I'm not mad at you nor am I upset with you, if you like him then you like him , youdon't need to change your feelings for him because of me okay . You like him then go tell him , it's better for him to know , you can never know what's gonna happen unless you tell him "
martha was being sincere and truthful . but olivia was afraid.
" thea, Idon't wanna be label as the 'boyfriend stealer' this year , nor do I want to be the sweet girl or the girl who is easy to take advantage of , Ijust want to be me oliva mae. "
seeing the look on olivia's face made martha shed up in tears , her sister was breaking down in front and she said nothing. until she spoke with her heart.
" you aren't nothing of those things olivia mae , you are my sister , my world , that's the only label that should matter to you, because I'mproud to be label as your sister "
within that minute olivia felt like she could do any because her sister believed in her , so starting tomorrow , olivia mae , would start overcoming all of her fears , so instead of ignoring peter as always.
she decided to man up and talk to him and josh tomorrow , the first day of junior year.
