TWO

' the first day of junior year '

I woke up to my alarm clock ringing at 8am ,

Most girls my age would have probably gotten up 2 hours earlier than me but you see I didn't have no one to impress , so I didn't dress up as much.

I was going to confess my feelings to josh sanderson today , I was quite nauseous of what he's answer might be.

I had heard that him and margot had broken up , when she left for college. I had considered waiting to tell him because of the heart break he must be going through but I realise the sooner I tell him the sooner I'll feel free.

Josh & I always go to the together but I  figured that I just drive my self to school since you know, with the feelings and such.

When I arrived to school , my first thought was let's find Lara jean. If you didn't me and Lara are very close , I felt like we could relate to a lot of things but we weren't close enough to talk about our feelings.

When I find the famous Lara Jean , I see Gen talking to her while I mean bullying her so I step in.

"Genevieve , why don't you go to someone else who can actually stand your voice , your giving me a headache!" I snapped towards the mean girl but that only made her smirk which got me more mad .

But before she could say anything that's when Chris step in. I kinda zoned out which I do quite a bit.

But that was until I heard his voice, I quickly turned around so he wouldn't see me but he did.

"She just stopped drinking caffeine for some diet, I think she's just in withdrawal."

"Are you sure she doesn't just have a chemical imbalance?"

"Right . . . hey mae." Peter said softly.

I quickly turned around when I heard the sound of my name. "hey lara , I'll see you in lunch okay ? , bye Chris ." I rushed with Peter still standing there awkwardly , I immediately stood in front of him. "Hello peter." And with that said I left , didn't even give him a chance to speak.

You see with Peter , we used to be the bestest of friends but until Genevieve came along. He thought having us both around was okay , which it was for me but not so much for her. She wanted him all for herself.

So when we got high school , they both decided to drop me , she had convince him that bringing me along with them wouldn't give them popularity , and that would mean he wouldn't get a lacrosse scholarship. I believe over the years he found out that what she said was false but by then it was too late for him to come running back for forgiveness.

He thought it was definitely too late when he found out I was close to josh sanderson , I would love to be friends with Peter again but some people are just not the same as they were in elementary school.

I always would what it would be like if it were just me and him , Peter and liv , but we can only dream.

Sorry It took so long to update , with school and everything was hard , but I finally found a schedule where I can update.
