Planet of the capes part 3

The two boys were pulled through the rift and appeared in another place entirely.
They were now in what looked like a jungle, with tall trees and lush vegetation.

It would have been a nice place if they weren't being held prisoners by the metal arms that took them there in the first place.

"This has gotta be some booby trap by that Kraklow guy!" Superboy said trying to break free.

"That nutty wizard did talk about a greater destiny." robin said. "But this is way more than he seemed capable of."

They struggled against the arms but they were too strong and manage to maintain their grip.

"Superboy, heat them up!" Robin yelled him.

"Good idea!" Jon answered.

Jon shoot a blast of heat vision to the arm that had Robin but it didn't do anything.

"Well, that didn't work!" Jon shouted.

"Return the lifedirt!" A deep metalic voice demanded.

From the ground emerged a giant metal head that didn't looked very happy.

"You have taken what belongs to me to another world!"

"Let's just cut right to me and my pal kicking your..." Robin faced him but was cut of by a sudden explosion that freed Superboy.

"Hard line, knocked them down!" A dark skined girl with an afro wig said."

"After you, Big shot!" Said another girl that was tearing apart the arm that held Robin.

Superboy hit the floor with his face while Robin gracefully landed beside him.

"Who the h are they?" He asked.

"I have no idea." Robin answered "and your parents are a whole dimension away, you can curse here."

"Another dimension? Jon wonder " What does that even really mean?"

"Think about that dinosaur island place you told me about." Robin explained. "It's a place were the rules are out the window. My favourite kind."

"I'm out of explosive shells, I need a big boom!" The afro girl said.

"Doing my best!" The other girl exclaimed. "Hey newbies want to lend a hand?!"

"Good thing the universal translator I jacked from the league is working." Robin said.
"She wants to know if we can do anything."

"Um, Cool I guess?" Jon srugged.

"Help is on the way, girls!" Robin yelled.

"Aim whatever power you guys have to the ground between the tentacles!" Hard Line said.

"Yggardis has to keep a part of his consciousness nearby to control these things! Big Shot explained.

"Who's Yggardis? Are me really in another dimension?" Jon asked excitedly.

"Stop asking questions and do what she said!" Robin ordered him.

"Maybe you are taller now Robin but you are not my boss. I'll talk when I want to talk!" Superboy yelled aiming his vision to the ground.

A big explosion followed his actions and the tentacles along with the metal head seemed to have disappeared.

"It's gone... where did it go?" Jon asked.

"You two. Answers now." Robin demanded. "Are there a lot of those thing I this planet."

"No. It's the only one off it's kind." Big Shot expained. "But you misunderstand one thing, it's not living on this planet, it is the planet."
