Conflicted

ONE

In this T'challa went back to wakanda and stays separate from the avengers and remains that way. Bucky and Steve never went to Wakanda and Bucky stayed with Steve and was never put back into Cryo. He fixed his mind slowly on his own with some help from Steve. Also Pietro is alive and was on Steve's side with Wanda.

Rylee's p.o.v:

Today was the day that we get to find out weather Cap and the rest of his side get the charges against them dropped or get transferred to a higher security prison. If they get transferred I don't know what I'd do with myself because that would mean that I would never get to see Clint again and I don't know if I can live without him. I've grown so accustomed to having him with me every hour of the day and not having him there any more would emotionally kill me. 

We were all sat in the Courtroom waiting for the verdict to be made, it seemed like we'd been there for hours when in reality it had been about 10 minutes. The judge came back out and got ready to deliver the verdict that the 'world's important people' made. If you ask me those people are all idiots they're only concerned with their own safety and happiness. Everyone in the room went silent as the judge got ready to speak. 

"We have come to the decision that everyone will be exonerated from all charges but if one more foot is put out of line then you will all be transferred to a high security up-state prison. Dismissed." The judge said and I started smiling uncontrollably. 

Everyone stood up and started leaving the room, Clint ran over to me and instantly wrapped his arms round me and I did the same to him. We were just stood there hugging in the middle of the courtroom while everyone else who wasn't part of the 'team' left.

"I've wanted to do that for months." He whispered.

"Same, I've missed you so much." I said back as we pulled apart and started to leave along with everyone else. Once were all in the parking lot we all stood in a circle all stood in awkward silence. 

"This is awkward." I said as everyone nodded in agreement.

"Well we should all be heading back to the tower now, I don't trust them two alone up there alone." Tony said.

"Which two?" Steve asked quietly. 

"Natasha and Brooklyn" I replied and he nodded in response.

We all walked over to everyone's cars, well Mine and Tony's car and got in. Me, Clint,Scott, Pietro and Wanda were in my car and Tony, Steve, Bucky and Sam were in Tony's car.

~TIME SKIP~

We drove into the garage at Stark tower and parked the cars, everyone got out and started making their way up to where Nat and Landon would be. Tony ahead of everyone else, obviously scared of what them two had done to his precious tower this time. I giggled slight at the sight of Tony practically sprinting up the stairs and tripping a few times and getting up playing it off as though nothing had happened and that no one saw. I was actually surprised to see that the tower was still clean-ish when I saw the floor they were on, Tony looked relieved that they didn't almost blow it up this time. Me and Clint walked over to Nat and Brooklyn so we could say hello.

"I'm so happy your not going to prison." Nat says and hugs Clint. Landon gives me a short hug then goes over to Clint to say hi. Everyone was talking among themselves but something seemed off with Steve as he was just sat there looking sad and kind of alone so I quickly told Clint, Landon and Nat that I's be back in a minute and walked over to Steve.

Steve's p.o.v:

Once we were back at Stark tower everything felt different, I felt as though I didn't belong here, I felt like and outcast. I saw Rylee start to walk over to me and I had no idea what to say to her. 

"Hey Steve." She said as she sat down on the sofa beside me. 

"Hey." I replied quietly feeling scared of what to say in case I slip up again and magically get everyone locked up again.

"Are you okay?" She asked her voice sounding full of concern.

"Umm well no not really." I replied and a look of sympathy crossed her face. 

"Come with me and we'll talk about it in private instead of round everyone else." She said and she stood up and offered me her hand to stand up. I took it and stood up. She led me down some corridor that I had never seen before but to be fair I didn't explore the tower much when I lived here I kept to myself a lot or just sat in the kitchen or living room. Once we got to where she was leading me I realized where we were, she took me to the roof. 

"What's on your mind Steve." She said as she lay down on the roof. I sat down next to her and sighed before I started explaining. 

"A lot of things really, I can't tell you everything because I feel like you would hate me for one of them but I'll tell you everything I can. First I feel as if I don't belong as if I'm to different from everyone else here, second I'm scared of getting everyone else thrown back in jail and third I feel as if no one on the team trusts me anymore, not after what I did." I said wanting to get it off of my chest. I couldn't bring myself to tell her the biggest thing that was on my mind at the minute, I can't tell anyone not now not ever.

"Steve, you do belong here I promise you, you do belong here. There is no team without it's captain, without you. It wasn't your fault when everyone got arrested, it was the governments fault for not realizing that you can't help it if aliens decide to attack or an robot army decide to drop a country from the sky. Also Tony was a dick about the whole situation that is why I refused to fight and went on holiday with Landon when the whole thing started beside the fact that I had to get her away from the fighting. Lastly people do still trust you I swear to you, and if anyone has a problem with anything you say or do they can answer to me because beside Landon, Nat your one of my closest friends and everyone knows that if anyone comes for my friends then I come for them." She replied and I couldn't help smile at what she said. 

"Thank you so much Lee. It means a lot to hear that." I said and she sat up and gave me a small hug before standing up and saying that we should probably go back inside before people start wondering where we are.

A/N: I know I have to many books to keep up with but I really wanted a new book and I've always wanted to do a marvel book so here it is and I'm already in love with this book.
