Spam my inbox with repetitive messages. Just keep going. When I don't respond after a few minutes, just keep the messages coming until I wake up to a wave of messages saying basically the same thing. Before I can gasp I'll be drowning in heavy guilt and messages and regrets. Example (But instead of every day try every minute.):
