The Coming of Vampires

It's six o'clock in the morning, time for Reeyenna to get ready for school. Reeyenna thinks to herself as she gets ready, 'It has been two days since the accident happened. I've noticed some changes since then. Like I don't need to sleep at night anymore and I lost my appetite. I am worried though...because the note that was left next to me said that in order for me to survive, I need to drink blood.' "UGH! I don't have time for this! I have to focus on the biology test I have first period and the Spanish dialogue that I have at the end of the day, along with all the other work I have for my other classes." 'I can't keep dwelling on this.'

Reeyenna goes downstairs to head to school. On her way she remembers that the new transfer student will be joining then for class today in her biology class. They only met briefly the day before because he was just getting a small tour around the school, before his first day. When Reeyenna arrived at school she was called to the office, so the principle could talk to her. He wanted to ask her, since she's the President of the Student Council for the 10th Grade, if she could show the new transfer student around the school more.

Reeyenna responded with, "Of course! It will be my pleasure to help him out!" The principle called Reeyenna's biology teacher and told her of the news and of course her teacher was very understanding. So she is letting Reeyenna take the test at a later time, so she can help out the new transfer student. Reeyenna stayed in the office until the new transfer student arrived.

When he finally arrived, Reeyenna couldn't believe her eyes. The new transfer student was a long lost childhood friend of hers that goes by the name Rin Kagiama. She hasn't seen him in forever, well since she moved, four years ago. Reeyenna was so happy to see him again, but was also nervous because it has been so long and when she left their friendship was falling apart. This was because Rin completely forgot about her. She started to keep to herself and not get involved in anything, which made her other classmates pick on her for being alone and quiet all the time.

Reeyenna greeted Rin, "It's been a long time, Rin." "Yeah,it has. Four years I believe," says Rin. The principle asks if the two of them know each other and Rin replies by saying, "We were childhood friends, but that was a long time ago. Although if it's alright with you Reeyenna, I would like to be friends again. I know how the other kids from your school treated you, so when I found out that I was moving here and I was going to be in the same school as you again, I was really happy."

After that the two of them set off on a tour of the high school, starting with Rin's first period class all the way to his last period of the day and all of the other class rooms, like the library, that he would need to know.
