CHAPTER ONE

"Maybe your just jealous because he appreciates my advice than he appreciates yours!" Yuri snaps.

Natsuki bites her lip, angrily clasping her fists together. Her brow furrowed, along with with furious mask that covers her face, "Huh?! And how do you know he appreciates your advice more than mine?" Natsuki growls, "Are you that full of yourself?"

"I-I..." Yuri stammers, also clasping her fists. She pauses for a few solid seconds, attempting to think of something to counteract Natsuki. With no other hope, she slams the poem that she once held in her hand on the desk that sits behind her, "I'm leaving!"

Natsuki scoffs at Yuri, "Fine! Me too!"

The two girls leave the classroom leaving the other club members, included themselves, slightly confused by what just happened. With Natsuki being right behind Yuri, she slams the door.

-.-

Once out of the classroom and to the chilly and cloudy outside of the school, they both realized how stupid they were for leaving the classroom...together.

It was already be hard enough being in a club room for more than a half hour arguing with each other.. but now since they both live in the same neighborhood, they will have to bare each other as they walk home.

Natsuki sighs, "You better not start anything. I'm not in the mood for your stuck-up shit,"

"I was going to tell you the same thing," Yuri replies.

"Save it, stuck up. Or do you have a suggestion?" Natsuki mocks.

"I was hoping I could just walk home, let alone by myself, in peace, but I can't because of you, Tsundere-Chan!"

-.-

As the clouds get darker and darker, and the humidity in the air begins to rise, they continue to argue. Natsuki stops in a sudden, griping her fists and sticking her feet firm to the ground. She waits a few solid seconds to from her words, leaving Yuri confused.

"I'm so over you!" She shouts, in-sync with the lightning that strikes nearby. Along with the hard rain that starts to crackle against the concrete.

"Haha! Great," Natsuki says sarcastically, "This is just what I needed!"

She stares down at the ground for a few solid seconds, shaking her head. The tears that she's been holding back since the argument began start to fall from Natsuki's cheeks, making them sparkle with the rain that falls with them.

"I... I'm leaving!"

She recklessly runs away from Yuri, who is still standingthere agape from the shock of the situation.

"Natsuki! B-be careful.. it could be sli-"

Yuri's warning gets cut off by Natsuki's "Kya!" as she slips and falls to the ground into a puddle with a large "Splash!". Her leather school bag slides down the slippery side walk revealing two of the copies of the manga "Parfait Girls".

"...slippery..."

Yuri sprints over to Natsuki's aid as she cry's even more. Wiping her tears every two or three tears, she winces in pain.

"Natsuki... are you alright?" Yuri asks with at least some concern. Even with anxiety starting to build up in her back, she tries to keep her cool within the situation.

"It doesn't matter! You're already mad at me! Just leave me here!" Natsuki cries.

"Natsuki..." Yuri sighs. She looks down at Natsuki, noticing a rip and some swelling by the right ankle of her high-knee sock.

"Are you hurt?"

"I'm fine. Just leave me alone!" Natsuki struggles to stand as her old tears start to stain her face.

"Natsuki, let me take you home..."

"No! Anywhere else but there!! Please!" Natsuki begs, "Please..."

"S-sorry..." Yuri apologizes with a sigh at the end.

Natsuki looks down at her ankle which is beginning to swell. She winces a bit, still trying to stand. Yuri see's Natsuki's struggle. Attempting to help, she gingerly kneels down next Natsuki, wrapping her bag  around her back. She takes Natsuki's right arm, supporting it around her shoulders.

Natsuki stops herself from protesting, being that all she can think about is the amount of pain she's in.
