It's kinda funny you know,
How people will do anything to feel accepted by the ones we love.
How people waste their breath on someone who isn't even worth their time.
It's kinda funny how people take abuse as love.
Because when fighting for someone turned into fighting with someone, something needs to change.
And maybe it's just me
Fighting for empty space,
Just to be knocked down each time.
And maybe I won't be stupid enough to get back up.
But stay there
On the ground.
