It Is Not Easy

Afterschool ch.2

School was over and I was a bus rider so I got on the bus. Nahmair was a car rider so he got to my stop before I did,he liked meeting at my bus stop and i keep telling him its a waste of gas. While he was walking me to my door we made plans to meet up later. When we got to my door I told nahmair to come in because we had a project we had to work on together. He would have begged to come in anyways like always and say he would only be a hour ... It was never just a hour. To my surprise Jayden was sitting on my couch with a bouquet of flowers and a card. He saw nahmair beside me and looked disappointed .      What are you doing in my house Jayden? 

Ummmm I want to take you out Taylor and I felt bad for not bringing you flowers so I did. He mad sure to keep eye contact while he was talking to me even though nahmair was mean mugging him. Nahmair looked at me like who is this boy sitting on to your couch. Wow Taylor this what we- I cut nahmair off before he said something bad. I told nahmair who Jayden was and how I know him nahmair looked a little happier that I wasn't dating Jayden and Jayden looked liked he wanted to slap nahmair. 

The whole situation was awkward and tense  so to break the silence I asked did anyone want something to drink. Jayden didn't even notice I said something he was too busy giving nahmair a cold stare nahmair did not even notice either  he was to busy returning the smug look. But when nahmair noticed me mean mugging him he declined my offer and lied about how he had to get home. 

So now it is just me and Jayden, I repeated my question would you like something to drink. He smiled and said I miss you not even an swering the question like um baby boyy that was not the answer I was looking for. I gave up on trying to ask and said I've missed you too and then pour myself some coffee I needed the extra punch.
