Chapter 4: Understand This

Kol's POV
I don't want to question Davina, I don't want to start fighting. I want out of this bloody house and want to move far away from here.
"Love, I'm going to pack, the few stuff I have then you and I are leaving.", I tell Davina.
" That sounds good to me.", she says putting her arms around my neck.
"By the way, I want to travel to France first, I've never left this country, you better be a good tour guide.", Davina tells me.
"Don't worry, I'll plan everything, my family owns a nice Chateu there.", I respond to Davina.
"A chateau?, I'm not surprised you're 1000 years old.", she says while smiling.
"I like these moments where we can just talk, and there's nothing crazy going on." Davina says.

"I know, I love when it's just us two too.", I say.

"Alright we could do this later, I have to pack, let me see wallet, clothes, suitcase, that's it.", I say as I just put everything in the suitcase.
"Oh my gosh, that's what you call packing?, a few clothes and some other stuff.", Davina asks while laughing.
"Yes?", I say uncertainty. I hear a knock on the door, Davina looks at me before she goes to the door and opens it. When Davina opens the door Hope's there.

"Hi, Aunt Davina." Hope goes to hug Davina.
"Hey, Hope.", Davina smiles while she returns the hug. She sees me and runs over to me to hug me too.
"Uncle Kol, hi.", Hope greets me. I guess I have to get used to called uncle which is weird.
"Hello, darling.", I greet Hope while hugging her.

"Now why are you here?", I say leaning down.

"Mom told me to get you and Aunt Davina.", Hope replied with. Davina looks at me and starts walking out the door and I just smile at Hope and say okay let's go. We go downstairs and we see Hayley, Klaus and Freya pacing back in forth.
