Chapter 6: Kaleb

*When Davina died and went to the ancestors plane she meets someone*

Davina's POV
The days pass slow here, I'm numb to being dead. I hate the mere thought of me being dead. Knowing I loved Kol, I want to blame him, but I can't he wasn't in control. I miss living, I took life for granted, now all I want to do is to talk with Marcel, Josh, be able to eat all the food I want, walk anywhere, travel, meet new people not that I was much of an extrovert anyway. I'm alone here no one talks to me, they all hate me, especially the ancestors when they see me, not that they hurt me, it's the mental torture, the taunting, the laughing, the joy they take about my misery. I severed the connection with the living world, they can't control anyone alive anymore. That fact keeps me going, I want peace, this place is sad and miserable, there's no joy. I'm taking my usual walk not sure where I'll end up I only know the places to avoid here. I end up going down a empty alley. I bump into someone. I look up to apologize.

"I'm so sor- Kol?" Wait...how are you here?, you don't look like yourself wait you're not Kol, this isn't real." I say while looking at the face that Kol had as a witch. I start walking away I don't think I'm seeing things right. The guy's hand grabs my wrist.

"Trust me darling, I'm real I'm hurt you don't think I'm real, after all your boyfriend did steal my body and then I died.", the guy says while looking at me in the eyes.

"Kaleb? You're the real Kaleb?" I ask in confusion but shock still wondering if this is real but it makes sense.
