go on,
reminisce, you have a reason.
people may tell you not to,
or that you're being dramatic.
but no one knows your pain,
your anguish,
as much as you.
so you go,
and you reminisce,
in memories too far gone,
in love too far lost.
reminisce about it all
because one day,
when you are old and frail,
and your memory is fading,
you won't remember all of these moments
that have meant so much to you.
so go on and reminisce
like you will be dead on the other side of tonight.
