"SnowKit wake up dear." Dottie warmly pushes SnowKit with her nose." Few more minutes momma!" "SnowKit Wake Up, I have to groom you if I don't, do you want to be known as a messy apprentice? Come on get up." " Did you groom ShadowKit, AshKit, or RedKit yet?" " Yes I did, now it's your turn. I might I have to groom your brothers again their playing with PebbleKit and GorseKit and getting dirt on their pelts. Come here please." SnowKit walked in front of her mother and let herself get groomed. " Momma do u think my mentor will like me?" Dottie stopped grooming her for a second. " Of course SnowKit who wouldn't like you." " Well Momma my ability to see StarClan, what if I go insane because of it. My mentor might not like me because what if I talk to dad or someone else during training and freak out my mentor." "SnowKit your mentor will already be aware of your abilities and try and grow them." SnowKit stopped talking watching her brothers tackle GorseKit causing GingerTail to yell. " Boys stop it look at your pelts, now you boys have to be regroomed. Egh get over here GorseKit let me fix your pelt." Dottie had stopped to look at her two boys. " AshKit, RedKit you to come here.now!" AshKit and RedKit came walking over their heads bowed not looking at their mother. They sat side by side now getting their pelts fixed. WhisperWillow quietly nodded for PebbleKit to join her and her well groomed kits. RockyKit sat alone in her own nest already groomed. SnowKit and ShadowKit walked over to RockyKit. " Hey Rocky." " Hey SnowKit, ShadowKit you guys ready?" "Oh totally Rocky can't wait to leave camp. What about u Snowy?" "Hmm oh yeah I'm ready. Anxious though." " Scared of BloodStar? I heard he killed your dad. He must be scary.To take your clan leaders life. Couldn't imagine how you guys feel like about it." " Well it is true I'm not afraid though." GraniteStar entered the den. " everyone ready? I want to call the clan meeting." "Yes GraniteStar we're ready. We'll be out in a second. Come on everyone." They all followed Dottie out of the den. Right next to the outside of the den was a tiny cliff where GraniteStar would talk to the clan. All the cats climbed down to sit with the rest of the clan. GraniteStar took his place on the cliff. " All cats who can catch their own prey gather under the ledge for a clan meeting." More cats started to pile into the clearing. On the edge of the clearing was a cave that held the other dens inside. Cats came from its shadow. " Today we accept all of these young kits to begin their training as apprentices. AngelKit and LilyKit please step forward." The two young kits walk proudly into the center of the cats. " LillyKit you shall be called LilyPaw till you receive your warrior name, Your mentor shall be SwiftBreeze. AngelKit from now till you receive your warrior name shall be called AngelPaw, your mentor shall be WinterLilly. Now GorseKit step forward please." GorseKit stepped forward to take the places of AngelPaw and LilyPaw. "GorseKit from this day till u receive your warrior name you shall be called GorsePaw, your mentor shall be MistFur. Now SnowKit, ShadowKit, AshKit, and RedKit please step forward." SnowKit, ShadowKit, AshKit, and RedKit all now took the place of GorsePaw. "SnowKit your a special cat who with great pride I will be giving you two mentors your warrior training will be cared for by DarkFur and your special training will be with BlueLeaf . You will now be known as SnowPaw. ShadowKit from now till you receive your warrior name you shall be known as ShadowPaw, Your mentor will be your mother. AshKit from now till you receive your warrior name you shall be called AshPaw, Your mentor shall be FeatherWind. RedKit from now till you receive your warrior name you shall be called RedPaw, your mentor shall be HawkFur. Now finally time for my own kits to become apprentices PebbleKit and RockyKit come forward." SnowPaw, ShadowPaw, AshPaw, and RedPaw took there places next to their mentors   And being replaced by PebbleKit and RockyKit in the center. " My kits you two shall be sharing mentors and now you both will be known as PebblePaw and RockyPaw Your mentor is ViperClaw."
