After Brooklyn had completed all 5, hour and 20 minute classes, she was starting to walk home. Honors Modern Chemistry was a bore. That started out her day, so she was tired for the morning. After that she had her Analytical Chemistry was next. That class was fun, but the teacher was droll and dull. He was an old guy and he told the same two stories every day. He made class go by so slowly! After that, she had Organic Chemistry Labs II. That was a great class all the way around!! Her lab partner had become a really good friend since they met, and they had gone out on a few dates. Brooke didn't think they were an official thing. They were just friends that had needed each other to fill in on some double dates. She had lunch and then two classes in the afternoon. European History (her favorite!!), and then Intro to Biochem. Overall, it wasn't a bad schedule.

She got off from school at 3 in the afternoon, and just went home; to the apartments on Brewster Street, just north of Brewster Gardens, in an apartment on the third level. She would chill til five, then she ate dinner, and then she went to work until eight-thirty. It was her routine, and she liked it. She worked at Topshop on Wood Lane (A219). It was a 5 minute walk, on an average day.

Currently, she was walking home from the Imperial College London (Hammersmith Hospital), and had decided to go over to Italian Gardens, just because she felt like she needed air. She knew it was an hour from home, but... Some people were scattering ahead and to the left of her, she noticed. It was like something was pushing through the crowd. Weird. She loved looking at the tallish buildings on either side of the square as she strolled through, hear children playing on the small playground. Suddenly, someone bumped into her shoulder. Hard. She snapped out of her daydreams and turned sharply around to she who it was who had run into her.

"Watch it, would you? I'm walking here! Ok?! The sidewalk is big enough for two people to walk!" She yelled. He (he being the person she bumped into) was backing up sort-of with his hands up apologetically.

"I am sorry, I just, I need to go very quickly or London will be destroyed." He replied.

"Yes, and I'll bet there is some sort of... i don't know... dalek running through the streets. Haha."

He stared staight at her, like that was surprisingly close, "Actually... You are coming with me!" He grabbed Brooklyn's hand and started running again, dragging her along, and making her stumble all over the sidewalk.

"What?! Who ARE you?! Who do you think you are?! Jerk!!" She screamed, probably attracting a fair amount of attention. She didn't care!

He turned to look at her briefly then back to where they were going. They had stumbled into a heavy foot traffic zone so they had slowed to fast walking. "Well... I'm the Professor. You may have heard of my dad, since you know about daleks, but, right now, I just need a bit of your help."

"I have no idea who you are!! Why would I help you?!"

"Because deep down inside, you are a fantastic person," He said.

"Well... I'm not sure that's enti-"

"Yep, that's enough. Plus, I can tell," He stopped and turned around to face her. He smiled a bit, smugly. "You like it."

"I like what?!" She sputtered.

"Adventure."

They ran along in silence. She was thinking.

"This is weird. One moment I'm screaming at him, and the next, I mention daleks and he is dragging me with him! Was it the daleks? Does he? Are they..." She didn't want to think it. "Are they REAL?" She had to find out. Sooner than later.

"Hey, Mister. Who are you? What are you? And why in the world do you need me specifically?" She hollered up to him.

"Well, it's a long story, actually. The Doctor being old and all." He replied.
