Yo. I think I'm going to change up the way I'm writing this little story thing.
I'm going to be writing from 3rd person from now on. It just works better for my writing style.
Thanks. - Ant

Edward slammed his head against a wall in his mostly empty dorm. "Slytherin? Fucking Slytherin?" He silently cursed to himself, staring down at the floor. "If you're going to have a mental breakdown, go have it somewhere else." Said the only other boy in the dorm from behind a book. He had neat blonde hair and a disconcerting stare that could rival even a snake's. "Shut up." Said Edward as he bashed his head on the wall again in frustration. The boy lowered his book and gave Edward a menacing glare. "Do not speak to I, Dio brando in such a manner." he snarled. "The hell did you just say? You stuck up bastard!" Ed growled back, slowly turning his head towards the boy. "You heard what I said." Dio said with the same menacing tone. Ed stared at him for a moment, contemplating punching his smug face, but decided it wasn't worth the trouble it would bring. "What's wrong, bean sprout?" Dio smirked "Too scared to fight?" Ed rolled his eyes as he strode out of the dormitory. He didn't want to deal with that fucker right now. He walked into the common room with his hands in his pockets, mentally cursing Dio.

Lucy checked the old grandfather clock in the gryfindor common room. 9:45. She was sitting by the fire in the empty room, excepting a snoring Cana, who had blacked out with a half empty beer mug lying in her lap. Lucy looked around to make sure no one was there, and began tip toeing towards the portrait hole. She pushed open the portrait and crawled out. Everything was silent and almost pitch black as Lucy walked through a hallway and walked down a staircase. She subconsciously skipped the fake step that trapped you if you stepped on it, and began walking down another hall towards the great hall. As she arrived at the seemingly empty great hall she looked around frantically for the pink and spiky haired boy. Her heart started racing; there he was sitting in his usual spot by the table, looking around. When he saw her, his face lit up with a toothy grin, and he ran over to her. "Hey Lucy!" He said cheerfully. "H-hey Natsu." She replied nervously. "Hmm?" He gave her a concerned look "Is everything ok?" "N-no, I'm fine," she stuttered, looking away from him. "So uhh, why did you want to see me?" He stood there awkwardly for a moment. "Y-yea. Uhh." he said as he scratched the back of his head. Lucy started to blush. "Y-yes, Natsu?" His my cheeks turned bright red. "I-I've gotta tell you something." He said, looking everywhere but her. "Um, w-what is it?" She asked him nervously. He gulped. "I like-" "Oi you two!" Natsu was suddenly cut off by an ear piercing shout from across the hall. "What are you doing out here this late?!" "Shit- it's Mr. Filch! Run!" Natsu whispered in a terrified voice. We both begin running back to the Gryfindor common room. We run through a corridor filled with paintings leading to a stone staircase. We start running up, but Natsu suddenly stops and falls flat on his face. "Shit!" He cursed "It's the fake step!" "You idiot!" Lucy yelled in a panicked tone. "You should have jumped it!" she yelled again. "Never mind that! Just run!" He shouted at her. Lucy gave him a worried look, and then began running up the staircase. As she ran through another corridor, she heard Natsu screaming insults at Mr filch as he was dragged back down the corridor. When she reached the common room she'd broken out in a cold sweat and was panting like crazy. Cana snorts and wakes up. "Woah, what's goin' on?" She stood up, very alarmed. "Mr. Filch. He caught. Natsu." Lucy say between breaths. A smirk spread across Cana's face "Haha! That's what you get for going out so late to see your boyfriend." My cheeks turn bright red for the second time that night. "He's not my boyfriend!" I yell. "Yea yea, sure he's not." Cana said as she sat down again and took a swig of booze from her half empty mug. Lucy rolled her eyes and sat down on a chair next to Cana. "I'm really worried about him." She said "Do you think he'll be ok?" "Ehh," Cana took another swig "Don't know and don't care." She said. Lucy put her chin in her hands. "I really hope he's ok."

Ed pushed open the door to the defense against the dark arts classroom. "Elric. You're late." A voice scolded him from the other side of the room. A giant yellow octopus in a teacher's outfit was standing in front of the black board. He had a massive smile despite the strict tone he had just spoken in. Ed's eyes widened for a second. This was the first time he had seen anything like that teacher. He looked around and saw all the other students were as confused as he was. "Sorry." Ed said simply "I had to take my brother to the hospital wing. He fell on the fake step."  He stood there in silence for a second before taking the only vacant seat left, next to a black haired student that seemed to be a couple of years older than him. Once Ed had sat down, the octopus began talking again "Alright class, as I was saying before I was interrupted," He paused to look at Ed "Since this is our first lesson, I thought we would do something fun. Today we will be learning to duel." The class filled with excited whispering. "Alright settle down." The octopus said "We'll have a small tournament to assess everybody's skills." The whispering turned into cheers as soon as he had finished speaking. "Ok. Let's do this."

Hey, thanks for reading this chapter. If you enjoyed gave it a like. I'm going to be trying to make chapters at least a thousand words long, and releasing a new chapter at least once a month. Remember to leave a comment to give me feed back, thanks. - Ant
