The Killer's Secret

Previously on escape the night the guests helped free a little girl from her abusive step-mother. David and Emma were sent into the elimination. David gave his soul for the doll. Then the guests learned that they can bring one of their dead friends back to life.

"We've been waiting for 30 minutes. I don't think it's gonna work." Leon said.
"It has to work." Emma said.

Emma - I need this to work because we just wasted so much time waiting.

Izzy - We have to admit the fact that it ain't gonna work.

"I think we should just read the journal." Izzy suggested.
"I agree." Leon replied. Maggie nodded. Izzy took the journal.
"Marvin was a serial killer. The house made him insane. He started killing with no reason. He said it was to avenge his wife's death. No one believed him. They all thought she just left him bacause he was insane. Find his wife's figurine that was on their wedding cake. It is in a place you would never look." Izzy read.
"I don't get it." Maggie said.

Maggie - Marvin is a serial killer. I don't wanna die by a serial killer!

"Where wouldn't we look?" Leon wondered.
The group stood up.

Leon - We were like: "Alright let's get to business" and then the front door opens.

"The door!" Maggie said.
"Who is it?" Izzy wondered.
A person they know came into the living room moments later. It was Ci-Ci.
"Guys?" Ci-Ci wondered. "Why am I alive?"

Maggie - Seriously Emma? Out of all the people you could've brought back you bring back the one person who didn't really do much? I'm dissapointed.

"It worked." Emma said happily.
"What worked?" Ci-Ci asked.

Ci-Ci - I come into the living room and in thee I meet all of the people who showed their votes to kill me. Where ae David and Bridgette?!

"I got the choice to bring one of the dead people back and I chose you." Emma explained.
"Why me?" Ci-Ci asked.
"Because I felt like it was my fault you died. I felt guilty." Emma said and Ci-Ci smiled.

Ci-Ci - I'm not as angry at her as I was.

"Um, we have work to do. We only have until sunrise and we still need two artfacts." Izzy reminded.
"What do we need to do?" Ci-Ci asked.
"We need to find a figurine of a bride for a serial killer. It is in a place we'd never look." Leon explained and Ci-Ci snapped.
"I think I saw something white when I was coming in here. It was somewhere in the front yard." Ci-Ci said and they got outside.

Emma - Cheezy moments are over, we got back to work.

"There! You see it?" Ci-Ci said. Maggie ran towards it and grabbed it.
"It has a note attached to it!" Maggie announced.
"Let's go inside!" Leon said. Maggie returned to the group and was reading while walking.
"Maybe we shouldn't." Maggie said. "It says here that he's coming. And he's a serial killer. He's gonna kill us if he finds us." Maggie explained and they decided to stay here for now. Then they saw a man with a chainsaw running towards them. The group screamed.
"To be afraid. Unless you killed my wife!" The man said.
"You got this Ci-Ci. Prove yourself." Izzy whispered in Ci-Ci's ear.

Izzy - I want her to prove herself because if she got revived she should prove that she doesn't want to die again.

Ci-Ci walked forward.
"W-we didn't kill your w-wife. We want t-to help y-you." Ci-Ci stuttered out.
"That's my wife. The thing your holding. I want to bring her back to life, but it never works. No one has a pure enough heart to bring my wife back to life, but it could be one of you. If you're willing to help me." Marvin said and Maggie nodded.
"Okay. We'll help you." Maggie said.
