you fluster me
pull me in a million different directions
and each one whispers
different things.
you confuse me
and i wonder how i even got myself
tripped up in your
wandering brown eyes.
you worry me
when i go over exactly what i said
to you that day
and ask myself if it was right.
you stress me
so much that i get scared to
even move because what if
you think i'm stupid?
and yet here i am
giving myself over and over
again to your
mystifying heart.
