31 : The Devil Smiles

The lights from the artificial light was far brighter than the sun yet it brings out the shine in his skin when he speaks up to the podium. Countless of numbers of people were eager for his appearance and speech that they suspected would bring the future of the leaders. Yet, the projector behind seems to be against it.

Jungkook arrived before the speech would be hold but why did it start without him?

No one was there to witness how shock he was to see the repulsing reveal to the public. The crowd was confused but some were afraid of the whole bombing threat situation that Jungkook didn't setup.

While holding Taehyung's neck.

"Jimin, you better not fuck around." Jungkook points to his neck. "Or I'll be the one who accidentally slits your neck."

"J-Jungkook, I'm sorry! I made a m-mistake. I-I was tempted to talk to him-" The grip around his neck became tighter, the pipe for air was becoming smaller and got him wheezing for air.

"Shut up hostage." Jungkook watches as the knife got closer and bruises one point on his neck. That sharp knife could easily decapitate Taehyung's head even if he were to pull out his gun and shot Jimin's arm.

"Jimin, if it's about the murders, I didn't do it! How many times do you have to stalk me to trash me out?"

"Bullshit! I saw it, I saw it when you killed Kang Aya, I saw it when you killed the CEO of Hellshey and I saw it when you killed our headmaster back in Busan! Did you think I was blind?! If you don't admit it, I'll slit his neck off!!"

Jimin was thinking irrationally again, his grip tightens again to the step where Taehyung was really going to faint if he doesn't release him soon. It was a two way option now.

Killing Jimin with the gun would create a massive gun shot that would backfire everything, charging with a knife would take too much time and will result Taehyung being killed. Killing isn't an option now; it's the live court Jimin was hoping for but why is his plan so witty? It wasn't Jimin's style to play hostage.

"I'll confess to the public."

Jimin kept the knife on Taehyung's neck until Jungkook walks to the podium, until the end of his eyes could see his boyfriend is going to be dead if he were to lie.

Jimin sighs after he was out of sight. The sharp knife abandons Taehyung's soft neck and from suffocating he rubs it while apologizing.

"I'm sorry Taehyung, I had to make it as real as possible.." Taehyung cold sweat started to became warmer, he coughs and breaths in as many air as he could as he waves his hand an 'in fine' sign.

"Taehyung, if really does love you, he would confess his murders." Taehyung watched the monitor TV that was hanging the ceiling of the backstage. It was the time to see how pure or corrupted everything is to this point.
