When we walked into the room, I saw my one and only crush talking to one of my only two enemies. Now I was never going to be able to be friends with Amber, no matter how hard Cyrus tried.

Cyrus looked directly at me and saw the worry and anger in my eyes. He looked at Andi and saw the surprise and confusion in hers.

Walker turned around and saw us standing there. I turned around to leave and stormed out of there, followed by Andi, who was followed by Cyrus. There was a bench by The Spoon, and we all sat on it.

I put my head in my hands. I was angrier than I had even been in my whole life, and it was overwhelming.

"You okay Buffy?" Cyrus asked me. He looked down at me.

I sat up so that he could see my face. "Yeah. This is what I look like when I'm okay. I storm out of The Spoon when I'm okay."

I heard Andi mutter something under her breath, but neither me or Cyrus could hear what it was. I looked at Andi and back in front of me, when Walker walked past us. He turned and saw us.

"Andi! Hey!" He looked at Cyrus and I. "Hey guys."

I looked at Andi, who was looking at Walker. "Hi," she said with fake happiness. Both me and Cyrus noticed that it was fake. Cyrus looked at me. I glanced at Cyrus and looked at Walker.

"What were you doing in the Spoon?" Andi asked.

"Oh, I was... wait, why?" He glanced at me and looked at Andi.

"Just because you aren't normally there," Andi replied. Of course that wasn't why she was asking.

"Oh. Just because my friend works there and I was talking to her." He looked at Andi while he was saying this.

I couldn't listen to this conversation anymore. I got up and walked to my house. As I started walking, Cyrus stared at me. I didn't care though, I didn't want to be there anymore. I wasn't going to be there anymore.

When I got to my house, I got my basketball and went to the basketball court behind my school and started shooting hoops.

I heard footsteps behind me, but I didn't look to see whose footsteps they were. All I wanted to focus on was the ball in the hoop.

"Hey Buffy," a familiar voice said.

"Hey TJ," I replied. I shot another hoop and caught the ball before turning around to face him. "What are you doing here?"

"I figured you'd either be here or at the Spoon. I'm glad I checked here first."

"Oh, so now you want to talk to me?" I smirked.

"Shut up," he laughed. "I just wanted to know how the whole 'making a girls' team' plan is going."

I shot the ball in the hoop once again. "It's going," I replied. I caught the ball and looked at him. "Why would you want to know?"

"No reason," he replied.

I stepped toward him and grinned. "And why did you come all the way here just to ask that question?"

"Oh my god Buffy, just nevermind." He turned to leave.

"Wait."

He turned back around. "What?"

I grinned. "Oh my god TJ, just nevermind."

He laughed and turned back around and walked away.

I happily shot another hoop. I got a text from Cyrus.

Why'd you leave?

I remembered why I left and suddenly got angry again. Just leave it alone please. I was just happy and joking around with TJ. I don't feel like talking about something that's going to make me mad once again.

He replied, You talked to TJ? Wow. When I try to make two people be friends with each other, it can really happen.

I thought about Amber. Not necessarily.

Why not?

I felt like crying. Now that I know what happened today, I will never be able to be friends with Amber.

He took a minute but answered, Why do you care?

I was so confused at his thoughts of what happened today. It's Walker!

So you DO like him!

I put my phone away. There was no way I was going to answer that. I picked up my basketball and started the walk to my house.
