*Before Jazzy woke up*

Opening my eyes it was like seeing a dream, a dream I've always wanted. The smell of flowers flooded my senses, the warmth of the sun on my skin, made me want to stay here forever, tall golden grain surrounded me as I walked through, running my hands through the tumbling waves. But out of the golden sea, a blue color caught my eye.

Turning, I found Luke, wearing nothing but, jeans and a light blue button up shirt. The same color matching this flowing dress that came to mid thigh.

Pacing towards him, his grin was so sweet and caring I engulfed myself in his arms, letting his comfort take me.

Curling my hair behind my ear, and caressing my cheek then cupping my chin he placed a kiss to my lips. Mumbling an I love you.

Crying, I hugged his waist as he lifted me to his feet that were bare and begun to dance, humming it was like a lullaby.

"Your, lullaby." he cradled me to his chest, placing chin at my head.

I nuzzle his chest and let him soothe me with his sweet lullaby. Taking my hand and held it to his cheek, I lead his eyes to mine. "I love you. I always have.. always will. I didn't tell you before because I was afraid."

"Why were you afraid?" he rubbed my cheek bone.

Tears ran down my cheeks. "Please don't cry." he wipes them away, bending to look at me as he took my hands in his and kissed them.

"I know you only said those things in the hospital room because you wanted the twins to have parents that were together Luke."

Shaking his head he rubbed my now empty body and smiled, "You are what I want, not only for the twins but for you. I'd walk through hell and back. You are the only woman I've ever been with. First.. and last. I love you, your my girl."

I smile at his chirpy lyric from Forest Gump. Trying his voice and everything.

"Life was like a box of chocolates, you never know what your gonna get." I purse my lips.

"I'll never know what I'm gonna get, with you." Luke parted his lips, licking them and kisses mine tenderly.

He smiles in the kiss, I break free and take his hand in mine and look at it. palm to palm.. our hands touched, my small hand compared to his huge one. Callused from playing guitar and to many tree climbing accidents to count. He was the the peanut butter to my jelly, he was the smoke to my high, he was the straw to my berry. Smiling at him I interlaced our hands into one.

"Two halves of a whole." he smirks.

His callused hand felt like home to mine, Like I finally found out where I belong. Its where I want to be, this is my home, my safe heaven. I rub my hand to his, as his warmth comforted me in my darkness.

In this moment, I knew I wasn't lost anymore. Because I was found.. By someone I really cared about.

"You have to go back." Luke nods a head to a bright light.

"But I don't wanna leave you." I whimper, my lip quivering.

His eyes held pity, "I'll be there waiting. Come back to me.. come back to me.. come back.. to.. me.." With that he began to glow like the sun. it burned my eyes to watch but I couldn't help it. He disintegrated into golden sand and blew away.

I was scared as I reached for him. I held myself as everything around me started to go Like Luke did. it swirled around me like a tornado. scared I clenched my eyes and suddenly the wind stopped and I opened my senses to a hospital room, with the scent of hand sanitizer and sound of beeping.

Turning over el was so loud I yelled at her to hush. She attacked me, jumping on me as I groaned at her heavy weight. She kissed my face all over and squeezed me till I thought my eyes would bug out of my face.

I cringed, but exhaled joyfully when she left the room. Sighing I giggled at my sisters giddiness.

I jumped nearly out of my skin when I saw Luke open the door. Wearing nothing but a towel.

Luke looked at me. And tears filled his eyes. Walking away I didn't understand.

Walking to him tearing the leads of me I stood there behind him.

He looked to me and looked like he was about to cry, "It isn't real. it isn't real. it isn't real." he wept and tears slid down his face as he lifted me into the bridal position and laid me down in bed and tucked me in. Luke shuffled away as he scavenged for clothes.

getting out of bed again I approached him, "Luke?"

He turned not speaking a single word, he paled at the sight of me. He must have had dreams of me being awake only to wake to a sleeping me.

Taking his hand in mine I pressed my palm to his the same feeling of warmth flooded through me, lighting my way home.. my way to him. I curled my fingers with his. "Two halves of one whole remember?" I nod.

"You heard me while you were asleep?" Luke locked his hand on mine.

"I guess so." I smile.

"Your here?" he looked all over me.

"I'm here Luke. I'm here." I said before he crashed his lips to mine, slamming me to the door of the hospital room. Wrapping my legs around his waist I kissed him. Entangling my fingers with his hair.

He locks the door and grinds against me, his towel hanging dangerously low. I gasped as he nibbled the flesh of my neck. Gripping my legs he moved to the bed and laid me down.

"I won't forget this time." He reaches for his towel. "Every moment with you will stay with me forever." he kisses my lips before taking my hand to the towel and waits for me to let it fall.
