The hat says "Wake me up When I care." Idk I just felt like it. Not like in an "i dont give a shit about anyone" type why,, more so a positive sense,, yee I actually liked the way I painted the hair. I was originally going for either a pastel blue, pink or purple. But decided to give it a pink-orange type fall vibe to it.
