Swerving through the streets of Dong-jak, Jeon Wonwoo made it his mission to get there faster than Minghao.

A sort of unofficial competition had broken out between the two of them. Minghao had often boasted at how his bike was the fastest, which made the elder laugh at the thought. Here they were though, each as silently determined as the other to win.

Minghao had taken a lead for most of the race, with Wonwoo close on his tail. Wonwoo recklessly started to speed up when turning some corners, causing a woman in her mid-fifties to yell profanities at him. The sudden increases of speed from Wonwoo startled Minghao, who in turn started to slow down slightly.

The high rise was in sight now, Wonwoo still maintaining his current speed. After reaching the building, he turned left onto the final stretch (their garage), to be greeted with a boy with dark auburn hair, glancing at his phone, helmet in the other hand. Behind his helmet, Wonwoo realised in horror what he was speeding towards Jeonghan.

Jeonghan only just seemed to realise that a pair of motorbikes were hurtling towards him. He yelled and sprinted to the side of the garage, backing up against a wall. Minghao however took advantage of Wonwoo's sudden halt, as he continued to ride up the garage, skidding slightly as he braked.

He took off his helmet to reveal a smug expression on his face, mischief dancing in his eyes. Jeonghan on the other hand was still pressed against the wall, his look of terror plastered till all over his beautiful face.

Wonwoo was taking deep breaths, while glaring at Minghao, who was running his fingers through his long, black hair. He knew the younger would hold this over his head forever.

There was silence for a few seconds before Jeonghan started to yell. "YOU ABSOLUTE FUCKWITS. BLOODY SHITTING HELL, YOU COULD'VE KILLED ME!" the boy screamed, running around the garage like a madman, trying to catch the laughing boys.

Grinning, Wonwoo slung his arm around Minghao's shoulder, still laughing as Jeonghan continued to swear at them. Walking up the stairs, with an exasperated Jeonghan behind them, the black-haired boys walked into a relatively large room, which could've resembled a lobby, adorned with posters and wall instalments of bikes.

A figure with purplish hair was sitting down on one of the brown leather couches, casually flicking through a magazine. The boy looked up, and as he saw who it was, lit up into a smile that could cure all and any diseases.

Jeonghan immediately wasted no time in telling him about the recent events in the garage.

"You know what Seokmin? They could've killed me, its lucky I ran out of the way otherwise I'd just be a pile of mush and guts y'know." Seokmin laughed as the elder told his tale of dramatic events.

"I'm-hmph-sorry Jeonghan," Minghao apologised while trying not to laugh. While Seokmin continued to laugh, and Minghao tease Jeonghan, Wonwoo looked around, shaking his head slightly.

"Hey, I'm going to go down to the workshop to check on Jihoon, have you seen him at all?" Seokmin shook his head.

"I haven't seen him at all, maybe he's just preoccupied with whatever he's doing," he replied casually.

Not feeling convinced, Wonwoo headed out the back door. He walked outside, into the relatively warm summer breeze. He headed towards a large shed, painted all black to Jihoon's request. Wonwoo tried to open it, but it was locked, which wasn't very surprising to him.

He sighed.

Hammering his fist against the metal did nothing.

Trying to kick the door open also did nothing, except give Wonwoo a painful, throbbing sensation in his foot.

He headed back, still occasionally swearing at his foot. The three boys inside turned to look at him as he came in, expectant expressions on their faces.

"He's not there," Wonwoo stated.

They sat in silence for a minute before Minghao piped up.

"Maybe he's just late," he said, his expression though showed that he was doubting his words.

"Don't panic guys, I'll call Josh, maybe he knows something," Seokmin suggested while getting his phone out.

Wonwoo nodded.

After dialling for a few seconds, a voice answered.

"Yes?"

"Oh, hey Jun, can we speak to Josh, it's something important."

"No," Jun replied.

"He left here to get to yours about half an hour ago, he should be there soon."

"oh, okay thanks", Seokmin replied.

"Hey, could you give the phone to Hao if he's there, I want to talk to him."

Minghao's eyes lit up as Seokmin passed him the phone while chuckling. The longhaired boy walked out of the room, speaking in what Wonwoo assumed was Chinese.

The three sat in a tense silence, with Jeonghan adjusting his jacket and Seokmin trying to smooth his hair down a bit, as it was sticking out in all directions.

Wonwoo stared up at the ceiling, a blank expression on his face.

What happened to Jihoon?

Rubbing his temples, he looked down to see Seokmin shove a handful of mints into his mouth. The was a quiet knock on the door, and Seokmin, who was startled that the visitor had got there, ran out of the room, mints still in his mouth.

Jeonghan laughed at Seokmin's haste to leave, and still chuckling opened the door to find a boy with dark brown hair, a worried expression on his face.

Jeonghan's face fell as he saw the look on the boy's face.

Seokmin came back into the room, blushing slightly.

"What happened Josh?" he asked the boy.

Minghao, whod seemingly ended his phone call with Jun, frowned as he leant on the doorway.

"You're not gonna like this," Joshua muttered with a thoroughed brow. Wonwoo's eyes snapped back to Joshua.

"What?" asked Wonwoo, dread creeping up his spine.

"We have reason to believe that Lee Jihoon has been kidnapped."
