Well, it kind of doesn't help if I sleeping next to Abbey. Well, she so desperate for someone to do this stupid scheme to catch a dumb ass. I bet it was Keaundre but whatever. Anyway, me being me, I was so nice enough to go with it. I kind of hope it was Laura though because if the person who is caught has to be a slave, I wouldn't mind doing a little "something" for Laura. I'm just kidding, damn, can't take a joke? Damn niggers. Anyway, I was sleeping when the damn thunder woke me the hell up. I open my eyes and stretch, enjoying the storm outside you know as usually. I look over and Abbey is missing. She must have caught the person or did not find shit. I have to admit, the plan was pretty stupid on her behalf. And she wanted to prove Aural existed obviously, fucking nerd. But she is missing, guessing she is washing up or something.
I exit the bed thinking that nothing about it, pouring a cup of orange juice. I go to get my phone, but it wasn't working. It was connected to the charger, but it wasn't working right. It would not even tell me my phone is out of battery. I plug it in, still no response. What the hell? Why is my phone not working?
"Fuck.." NOW I HAVE TO GET A NEW PHONE! Nathan comes down the stairs and looks over at me.
" Hey, is your phone dead? Like fried?", he said while showing me his phone.
" Yeah, so the storm fired our phone?" I looked out the window and the wind and rain was erratic. Thunder covered my ears while lightning blinded my eyes. The nasty gray clouds discomfort me.
" I don't know, but AJ and Morgan's phones are the same way. Also, have you seen John and/or Andy?" Everyone else phone is fried and two other people are missing, just what we needed. I went upstairs only to meet everyone else.
"Jackson and Jordan are also missing" Robert said to AJ.
"AJ, whats going on?". Everyone was in hysteria between the missing people and the fried phones. Was this some type of joke? Did Abbey do this? Or maybe she was trying to warn me of something?
" Everyone calm down!-"
"Calm down? Nigga my phone is fried", Chapman said.
" Listen, we are missing people that were is this house, before we determine the judgement of your phones, lets try to figure out where they are at. Ok?" I hate AJ but he was right. Even though our phones were as dead as Soulja Boy's, well life, we need to find everyone, which includes Abbey. Why did she do all of this only to subdue this situations and leave?
Morgan came to the center of the group. " Who are the missing people we all need to find?"
" Abbey, Andy, John, Jackson, and Jordan."
" Well, I did here some ruckus downstairs late last night but I don't remember what time it was."
The only people who were there last night were me and Abbey, and I woke up without Abbey next to me. Why her?
Everyone started to look up and down for the five missing people. Meanwhile, Chapman is able to find the generator that was compacted in the conference room and able to turn back on the lights and parts of the electricity. Yet, our phones were still fucked up.
" John?! Jackson?!", I yelled while walking with Laura.
"Maybe they went outside? In the rain?"
"EEEEEEKKKKK!!!" A voice was heard from the backyard. Laura and I as well as everyone else ran out of the house to see where it came.
The cold rain pinched our skin, we ran in the madness with obliviousness to our well being. While so, we search for the location of the scream itself.
