Chapter Nine

Toriilyn and Bryson been knowing each other for about  5 months now.

It's mid May now

Bryson-

"Ok guys remember the final exam is next week so study the packet I gave you, and the notes I told y'all not to throw away. If you did your out of luck. Class dismissed" my ecology teacher told us as everybody got up packing their stuff and so did I

"You haven't called or text me back about going to the appointment today" I looked up and seen aloe

"I haven't been on the phone, I been thinking about some shit and I needed to stay away from the world for a couple of days" I said looking at her

"I understand but if you want to go I'll be leaving around 2:30" she said walking out the class

Putting my book bag on I walked into the hallway seeing toriilyn talking to Jasmine and khasson.

We haven't talked since that day I went off on her, and that was 4 days ago. She won't even staying at the house she was staying with her mom again.

Moved all her stuff out and haven't called me or anything, she avoiding me

Walking pass her I went to my locker feeling somebody looking at me

"Bryson can I talk to you real quick" I looked up and seen my stepmom Serie I haven't seen her in a while which was strange

"Yea sure" I said following her to a classroom

She close the door and I sat at one of the table

"You probably know this and you probably don't I know you haven't been at the house lately, but me and your father are separating finally" she said which made me look at her

"I didn't know, but why"

"Because of Carrie she's been living there for about 2 months now and she been trying to get in back sneaking in the room while I'm down in the office saying slick shit out her mouth and I'm just tired of it"

"You can't leave just because of her y'all been together my whole life your my mom, you can't just leave because of that bitch" I said getting up

"It's not just because of that bry bry that bastard fucked her and got the bitch pregnant. What do I suppose to do Bryson? What can I do he cheated on me before with two girls and I was dumb and naive back then and I just let it slide you know like I love this man I just couldn't let him go" she said wiping the tears that was coming down her face

"He cheated when? Why didn't you tell me" and the baby is not his I refused to believe that dad had sex with her and got her pregnant I refuse"

"Well he did I seen the pregnancy test and the blood test, and I didn't want to break up our family you know this was the only family I have I couldn't let it go"

"You could I would have been ok, so what's going to happen now"

"Well I quit this job, I'm moving to Nashville where my mom stay I don't wanna be anywhere near him. I'm going to miss you bryson and I'm sorry that I'm leaving it's not because of you at all I just have to go"

"Please don't go, your the only mother figure I have I have no other person that I loved except for my dad"

"I know Bryson, but I need to distance myself" she said coming up to me making me walk the other way

"I need your support, I'm going through something right now and I got some news that I'm not really ready to handle it yet and I need to be able to talk to you" I said wiping the tears that was coming down

"Bryson I'm a phone call away"

"Aloe is pregnant" I said not making eye contact with her

"What"

"I just found out two weeks ago, she have a appointment today and I wanna go but I'm so scared"

"Ok bry, I won't leave but only because of you. I'm moving into the apartment with you also" she said hugging me

"Thank you ma"

Toriilyn-

"You coming over tonight" khasson said as I looked at Bryson

"I don't know, my mom said something about my dad coming over for dinner so I don't know" I said getting the courage to walk over to Bryson

"No don't do that" jasmine pulled me back and shook her head

"I miss him you guys"

"He don't miss your ass, I seen him talking to that hoe ass aloe earlier in ecology" jasmine said rolling her eyes

"That's nothing, he don't even like her" I said walking off

This was just like jasmine, to start drama with the boys I like I loved her because of what she did that night but other than that I didn't want to be friends with her. She always started drama she seems nice but tahgs where your wrong at she's nice but also can be a pained in your social life.

"Hi" I said shyly

Bryson ignored me closing his locker and walking away

"Told you"

Walking away from her I ran up to Bryson and grabbed his arm

"Why the fuck are you ignoring me!" I yelled gaining attention from the other students but I didn't mind this was something I needed to do

He looked around and looked at me

"I'm sorry I been ignoring you I needed to think ok?" I said then pulling him into a nearby classroom

"Thinking about what? It don't look like you been thinking your ass back hanging out with jasmine fake ass" he said sitting down and looking at me

"Thinking bout life, like do I really need my mom in my life?"

"Not everybody need their mom, I told you what Carrie did to me and you still want me to forgive her for that shit" he said shaking his head

"It wasn't about forgiveness Bryson, I wanted you to talk to her" I said going up to him and standing in between his legs

"I miss you, and I don't know why" I said looking at the wall not trying to look at him

He put his hands over my waist, letting one arm fall down to my ass not saying nothing I blushed and smiled.

It was something about this feeling that I never felt before and I loved this feeling

"I miss your stupid ass to" he said touching my chin making me look at him

"Your the stupid one"

"You want this" he said smiling

"I think I do"
