Y/N is a regular human who loves the holidays. Her two favorites are Halloween and Christmas. Then one Christmas, she saw a skeleton Santa trying to do what the real Santa does. And since she liked the horror stuff, she really liked what the skeleto...
Y/N woke up at the gates of a beautiful kingdom. She got up and looked to see her wounds all healed and she was wearing a beautiful white, tattered dress.

She looked at the gates to see her parents waiting for her.
"Mom? Dad?" she questioned then ran to them and hugged them tight.
"Our sweet angel," Mom whispered.
"Our baby girl," Dad said.
"I can't believe this. I'm so happy to see you," Y/N replied.
"We're happy to see you too, honey," Mom remarked.
"I've missed you so much. I have so much to tell you," Y/N said.
"We actually know what you've been through. We've watched over you since we passed away," Dad admitted.
Y/N was instantly shocked and nervous.
"So, you know about...Jack?" she asked.
"Yes and we have never seen such an amazing being for our daughter," Dad answered.
Y/N was surprised to hear this.
"You're okay with us being together?" Y/N questioned.
"Yes, darling. All we've wanted for you is to be happy and we see that when you're with him. You uncovered the secrets behind the doors of the holidays and found your treasure. So, if you wish to be with him, we respect your decision," Mom explained.
Y/N thought about it for a minute and asked them one question.
"Will I see you again?" Y/N wondered.
"We will always watch over you and be with you in your heart, but we will also visit you in your dreams," Dad answered.
Y/N smiled, hugged her parents, and told them, "I love you."
"We love you, too," they said.
And she left for Halloween Town.
Meanwhile, in Halloween Town, the monsters were finishing Y/N's funeral and they buried her in a grave next to the entrance. Then everyone left except Jack, who looked at her lifeless body. She was wearing a dress similar to the one she wore at the gates of heaven, her locket around her neck, F/C heels, and her hair and makeup were done. She also held a bouquet of black F/F. Jack took out a ring he had and put it on her ring finger.

"Y/N, I'm sorry I wasn't there to protect you from Oogie. I wish I could have. I wanted to ask you something important when you came to my house. I dedicate myself to you and have considered you my queen from the beginning. I would be honored to be your husband," he explained, placed his ring on his finger, and added, "I would love for you to be my wife."
He left with tears and when he was gone, Y/N woke up with a gasp. She looked at herself to see her skin was grey-ish blue with stitches all over her body and the outfit she was wearing.

She saw the ring on her finger and smiled warmly.
"I do," she said.
