I was on top of the roof when I realized where I was. Someone was shouting my name, and following me. It was Natasha.
"Rose!" she screamed.
I turned, to see her looking horrified. Though I didn't know why.
"Come away from there!" she shouted. Steve joined her at her side. My heart beat in my chest. THUD...........THUD........THUD....... THUD
"Rose, please. Be reasonable. Come down, Rose," Steve said calmly.
'Down?' I thought. It was then that I came to see that I was balanced precariously on my toes, on the rim of the building. My heart beat didn't change, but I was still scared. I didn't want to jump, but how did I get here. In my thinking, I teetered on my perch.
"Rose!" Natasha shrieked.
