"Dustin let's go! We'll be late for school. I also need to go early cause I need to get my schdule from the office." Dustin hurriedly run down the stairs.

"I'm here. Let's go." Climbing on the drivers seat as Dustin sat on the passenger seat.

"Can you maybe uh fetch me after school?" Dustin shyly asked. Chuckling seeing how cute my little brother is.

"Of course, kid. You gotta have to wait for me though, will that be okay with you?" Dustin nodded and smiled.

"Well, I'll see you later. Sis."

"See yah later bro." Dustin climbed off the truck and ran to his friends as he excitedly told his friends about me being his sister and all.

As I arrive at the parking lot of the school. I grabbed my bag and got off my truck; gently slamming the car door shut. I can tell that these people were looking at the guy with the blue camaro but when I started walking towards the school's entrance, all eyes were on me. People were whispering, some were shocked, some were smiling, and some were being a lil bitch, but who cares. right. I mean all I have to do is study and spend time with my little brother and make it out alive.

"Hey!" someone called as the person ran and walked beside me. Glancing at the person who's beside me, a girl with a brunette hair and is very petite. I could tell that this girl is the 'smart.'

"Hi." smiling lightly as I continued walking.

"I'm Nancy Wheeler and you're Lana, right?" nodding my head as I turned to look at her.

"Yeah, that's me." she smiled and nodded her head. "I saw your works and I just wanted to say how amazing you are and how beautiful your works are."

"Thanks Nancy." smiling "Hey um can you show me where the office is? I need to get my schedule and I'm just new and I don't know where to go."

"I would love too but I have chemistry test and I need to get to class this early, um-" I could tell that she wanted to help but she's also nervous. I mean I coudln't blame her.

"Hey it's okay, I can find my way. You should go to class then and ace that chem test." chuckling as she smiled.

"Thank you and I'm sorry really, how about I make it up to you later? Let's hang out or something?" nodding my head.

"That would be great. Here." as I gave her my telephone number.

"Call you later?" nodding my head as she smiled and walked to her class.

Well, i just have to find my way around I guess. As I was about to walk I can hear someone calling for me. Turning around there stood Jonathan Byers, Will's brother. He shyly walked up to me and smiled softly.

"Hey, Lana."

"Hey Jonathan, what's up?" he scratched the back of his neck as he nervously smile.

"I uh heard that you needed help with finding the office and uh Nancy couldn;t take you so I was wondering if you'd like me to show you there?" softly patting his shoulder.

"Yeah, sure. I really need to get my schedule." chuckling as he motioned for me to follow him.

"So uh, Lana. I really admire your works. I actually am a photographer, well I want to be. Let's just say you are my inspiration." hearing him say those makes me want to be best friends with him. He's kind, I can tell. That's the best quality or gift a photographer can have, and that's reading people.

"Thank you, Jonathan. I'm glad you liked my works and I'm happy that I'm your inspiration when it comes to photography." smiling, softly nudging his shoulder. "Hey Jonathan?"

"hmm?" he looked up at me then back to the floor.

"I could really use a friend." smiling as he looked at me, unsure of what to say.

"Me? You want me to be your friend?" nodding my head as I chuckled.

"Yeah, is that a problem?" pouting as he laughed.

"No. Nothing's wrong, I just-wow. A famous Photographer, who is my idol, asking me to be her friend?"

"Yes. And Jonathan, I can tell that you don't have a lot of friends which is good for me because it's better to have true friends than a lot of friends." nodding his head.

"That's true. Then we're officially friends now." smiling as he stuck out his hand for me to shake. Taking his hand as I pulled him in for a hug which caught him by surprise.

"I like hugs, just a heads up."

"Well we better get going then, don't wanna be late for your classes."

"And here's the office." Jonathan said, smiling.

"Thank You, Jonathan. You better head to class, don't wanna be late." smirking as he only chuckled. nodding his head.

"Will you be okay?"

"Yeah, I'll be okay. I'll see you later?" nodding my head.

"Of course, best friend." chuckling as he waved before disappearing. Entering the office, a middle-aged woman was sitting behind the desk. She looks mean but by the way she moves, I can tell that she's very kind.

"May I help you dear?" Ha! I'm right. smiling politely; nodding my head.

"Yes please, um-I'm new here and I need to get my schedule."

"Oh! Of course Ms. Lana. Here you go." handing me my schedule.

"Thank you Mrs...-" chuckling "Call me Daisy, dear."

"Okay Daisy, Thanks for the schedule."

"It's no problem dear, I hope you can find and take marvelous pictures here at Hawkins. This town needs more people."

"Of course. Well I gotta go, see you later Daisy." walking out of the office, a guy with a blonde mullet hair who is extremely attractice guy just went inside the office. He stared at me for a good minute and winked at me.

Who does this guy think he is? But I can tell that this guy is trouble and troubled. There's a difference. Trouble, because he's a jock and is popular while troubled, because he has a lot of problems that he's facing. I guess first class is Chemistry. Sighing as I ran a hand through my hair.

muttering to myself "This is gonna be a long day."
