Chapter six

I opened the door to my apartment. Everything was silent. "Sarah?", i yelled while putting my bag down. "Boo!", she was hiding behind my fridge door.

"Now lets go open your present!", she said grabbing my hand and dragging me upstairs. She lift the bag and wiggled it in front of my face. "You alright?", she asked worried. "Oh uh yeah, its just i met Luke and the boys again and i just can't stop thinking about Luke i don't know", i said with my hands crossed.

"I thought you said you never wanna see him again", she said comforting me. " i know i said that...", i said looking into her blue eyes.

"I know what can cheer you up!", she wiggled the bag in front of my face. I grabbed it from her hand and looked inside. The first thing that i pulled out were two night gowns with cute patterns on them.

"I bought us a matching one! How cute!", she winked. She took the bag away from me and pulled matching bras and underwear. I started to laugh. "What! They look adorable", she laughed. I rolled my eyes.

After playing with the gifts Sarah gave me she just stopped and looked at me. "Can i tell you something?", she said while smiling. "Anything!", i said putting my hands on her knee. "I am so thankful to have you in my life", she said putting my hair behind my ears.

I didn't get what she was saying. Since Sarah moved into my apartment with me shes been saying and doing things i didn't understand.

"I really like you. I'm not lesbian or anything but i've fallen for you, since the day we met i just felt this buzz in my stomach", she said looking embarrassed.

My best friend has a crush on me. This is a joke. "Sarah, i love you so much, but this is a bit too far", i said looking into her eyes as usual. She grabbed my cheeks and kissed my lips. I was expecting anything like this to happen ever but it did. I tried to pull her away but she just kept kissing me.

"GET OFF ME, YOU SLUT", i yelled at Sarah without thinking. Her eyes started to water and i saw a tear drop from her eye and she ran out of the apartment. I ran with her and ended up grabbing her arm.

"I'm sorry!", i said while seeing the tear drop from her face. I didn't mean to make her cry. I would never do that intentionally.

"Shut up!", she yelled and pushed me onto the concrete and started running. She pushed me so hard that my butt felt numb. I got up quickly and ran back the apartment were she was heading and she had left the door open.

I ran and looked in her room and she had quickly packed only half of her stuff and ran. Lost another person in my life.

My phone started ringing so i picked it up. "Hello?", i said through the phone. "Hi, is this Emile sammutt?", a woman's gentle voice said. "Uh yes", i said finally understanding who it was.

"Great! So tomorrow you have another interview with Mr.smith about your modelling job", she said happily. "What time?", i asked politely. "9 am", she said. "Ok thank you!", i said before she hung up.

It was midnight and i still couldn't sleep. I miss Sarah already. I've tried messaging and calling her but she blocked me.

I got out of bed and went to the tv and started watching celebrity gossip shows. But they weren't entertaining, at all. Eventually i feel asleep on the couch.
