lyrical walls

I put these walls up
These lyrically typed out support structures, to keep these walls up.
The emotion sending my mind into motion, to keep these walls up.
The structure to keep me from offing myself, and keeping me standing up.
The cracks in the wall I plastered, because I thought I mastered the art of "I'm Fine!"
But as you can see these walls are nothing but a mere line
I build these walls every week, yet they're still so weak, and the hope for stronger ones are bleak.
The lyrics and verses that paint the wall are all that keep me from ending it all. If they're taken down, it will be my fall.
I don't care about a proper rhyming scheme, as you've seen.
Or how my poetry is rough, and unclean.
That's just the human way, I have no say, on what happens tomorrow nor today.
I lie down.
My life fading to brown.
The walls are breaking.
My body's quaking.
But through the cracks I see a shimmering sliver of silver. Certainly better than what's here. Oh dear. I need to fall. For I need to break down every wall
