Shi Shen's thick and long eyelashes slightly trembled as he slowly opened his eyes.

Although he was not used to sleeping together with someone, last night could be said to be okay since honestly speaking Nian Qichen and him could be said to be the same type of people so it was not bad to share something with someone who had something in common with you.

The room was dark meaning it was still early in the morning but Shi Shen decided to get up and went back to his room then went for a run around the house as usual.

Speaking of this morning exercise, Shi Shen was reminded once again of Nian Qichen since these past few days he would bump into him regardless of the time that he went out so it was obvious that the male lead did this on purpose.

Slightly shifting his posture, Shi Shen slowly turned his head to look at the other man.

As soon as he turned his head Shi Shen was immediately frozen.

Nian Qichen who supposed to be further away from him suddenly appeared at half a meter away from him!

Right then, Shi Shen noticed that the man's eyelashes slightly trembled thus Shi Shen immediately reacted by backing away but he was sleeping at the edge of the bed so where could he go?

As a result, the boy who was shocked by this unexpected scene immediately fell head first down the bed.

Qichen who has just opened his eyes only to see this scene reflectively reached out his hand to grab the boy's arm in time before his head hit the ground.

Qichen heaved a sigh in relief and was about to scold the boy but when he looked at the boy who was tightly shutting his eyes waiting for the pain to come but the supposed pain didn't come causing the boy to peek through his right eye to look around looked so adorable that Qichen couldn't help but helplessly shake his head.

He effortlessly pulled the boy back then quickly released his hand to flick on the boy's forehead.

The boy yelped in pain as he used his right hand to rub the place that got hit while giving the older man a glare,"Y-you-"

"You, you! What did I tell you to call me? What's more, what are you doing so early in the morning? You almost gave me a heart attack, you know?"

The boy quickly protested," It's not my fault! Why are you sleeping so close to me? When there is a lot of space on your side!"

In return, Qichen gently raised an eyebrow then simply replied," I have a habit of moving around while I'm sleeping."

"L-liar!"

Qichen leisurely crossed his arms across his chest then happily grinned,"How can you tell that I was lying?"

At this question, the boy immediately went silent since he didn't know what to say back.

Therefore, he could only gnash his teeth in anger then quickly got off the bed intend to exit the room.

When he was about to close the door, Qichen spoke in a teasing tone, "Don't close the door too loud! It is still early in the morning!"

The boy momentarily paused once he heard this then he quickly closed the door, quietly as told.

Nevertheless, their days began with the morning run and bickering with each other from time to time and at the end of the day, Shi Shen would still sleep on the edge of the bed inside Qichen's room.

However, as days continued to pass Shi Shen finally felt that his personal space has been invaded little by little.

He underestimated the male lead a little bit since instead of him getting further away from him Qichen stuck close to him and would occasionally make some physical contact with him.
