Being trans is so over-glorified.
It's not all pride parades and flower crowns.
It's terrifying.
It's depressing.
It makes you want to physically rip your skin off.
It makes people laugh at you.
It makes no one want to date you.
Trans is normal and okay, but it's nothing to romanticize or fantasize about.
It's tearing my life apart and I'm sick of people talking about how they think "trans is cute' or act like they're heroes for saying they'd date a trans person.
People online talk like this, but the minute I step out of my house, I have to fear for both my physical and mental health/wellbeing.
