*Karina's pov*

I take a deep breath as I walk into the little shop, the bell ringing behind me. I observe my surrounding. The place was small, but not tight. Pictures of tattoo designs were scattered around the dark gray walls.

"May I help you?" A guy says, as he's walking to the front desk. "Oh, hi. I scheduled an appointment for a tattoo about 5 days ago." I tap my finger tips on the desk. "Name?" He asks.

"Karina Brill." He types away on the computer and whispers an "ah" as he clicks the mouse. "Alright, this way." He leads me into a room with a cot (A/n: I'm not completely sure if this is the right term for it, but it's those bed things you lay on while getting a tattoo.) in the corner, a long table that goes across the wall, and two short chairs with wheels. I sit down on the long cot.

"So, do you know exactly what you want and where you want it?" I nod and pull out a piece of paper that has "Jayden" nicely written in cursive. I hand it to him and he places it on the table. "I want it on my wrist." I point at the exact spot.

"Alright." He begins to trace it. "Who is Jayden anyway? Well-If you don't mind me asking."

"It's fine. And he's my boyfriend." He drops the pen and looks at me. "So, you're telling me, you're getting a tattoo of your boyfriend's name on your wrist?" I nod my head, confusingly. "I'm sorry, but I can't do that. It's for your own good." He shakes his head.

"What do you mean.. why not?"

"He'll break your heart, sooner or later." At this point, I was extremely offended. "You don't even know him. He would never do that!" I yell.

"I thought the same thing. Turns out I was far from right." He slightly sighs.

A/n:
I don't know exactly how all this shit works, but whateva.
