chapter twenty one:

[miley's POV]
  I woke up to my phone ringing. I looked at the caller ID and saw it was Justin so I answered. "hello?" I say. "hey good morning baby girl,"he says. "hey what's up?" I ask. "well I told you I'd call you today," he says. "oh yea. well I just woke up. what time does your concert start tonight?" I ask. "oh um at seven," he says. "oh," I say. "baby is something wrong?" he asks. "no why?" I ask. "well baby cause you sound upset or worry. like you wanna tell me something important," he says. "u-um no. nothing's wrong," I say. "miles please tell me," he says.
should I? should I tell him about Luke or just say everything's fine? I don't know. I know that if I tell him, he'll want to come back and he can't. he can't do that to his beliebers. ugh!

I take a deep breath. "no juju, I'm just stressed because its the end of the year and I have a lot to get done before graduation," I lie. "oh baby don't pressure yourself like that. you're so smart, you'll find a way. I believe that you can," he says. "thanks," I say. "OK well I gotta go so we can get the day started before the show, I love you so much and I'll call you before time to perform," he says. "I love you too," I say then we hang up.

I get up off my bed then take my puppy out for a walk then get breakfast and head to school when I get a text. I park my car in the school parking lot then read it.

Oh my gosh no! no this can't be happening! what if he shows up at my house?  what if he hurts my parents? me breaking up with him was his fault. He's a creep and was controlling.

I waited to get another but never did. I decided not to go to school. I needed to be home to make sure he doesn't hurt my mom. Even though she's at work right now, she gets off work sometimes before I get outta school.

I reverse the car and then drive back home.  I walk into the house and feel a weird and unwelcome presence. I walk around the house to see if anyone's here. I check the kitchen, then back patio, all bathrooms, my parents room, then my room. I don't see anyone until I turn around and there he was. Luke...

OK so sorry guys I haven't been updating recently and I'm so sorry. I've been moving recently from Texas to Tennessee so I haven't had time to and I'm so sorry for that.
