The Risks We Take (Natsu X Reader) [ON HOLD]

Truth is stranger than reality

I rush out of the room to the office and bust into master mavis's office. Causing her to jump.

"My goodness what's wrong?!" She exclaims as I close the doors behind me

"I need to talk to you! Please?!"

"Of course what is it??" She asks and gives me her full attention

"I feel strange. I'm not sick. But I have a knot in my stomach and my heart is pounding and I'm flustered and I'm confused and..."

"My dear did you fall for Natsu?" She asks with a grin

"What?" I ask and tilt my head.

"You like him. Everything you just described is what having a crush and/or falling in Love is like." She explains and I sit down in the chair.

"B-but I don't like guys! Or girls! I'm neutral!" I yell

"You were maybe. But it seems like your heart has chosen what it really wants. And it's Natsu." She smiles warmly

"B-b-b-but..."

"It's ok! Relax. Take a deep breath." She says and I take a deep breath and let it out slowly.

I sit there and think and smile. Maybe I wasn't attracted to anyone because none sparked my interest. But I just met him!

"How do I know it's love?" I ask

"There's lots of ways. How you feel around him and how he makes you feel. You want someone you feel relaxed around and comfortable with. Someone that makes you happy and someone that cares about you." She says

"That's him then.....can I tell him I'm a girl?"

"That's up to you dear. But if you do you have to bring him here because he has to be sworn to secrecy. Don't tell him before hand." She says and I nod

"Be right back with him then." I say and rush out of the room.

I run back to the dorm and burst through the door causing Natsu to jump

"Geez what the hell man?! You trying to kill me?!" He yells

"No way! Come with me! But put some clothes on first." I smirk.

He gives me a mean look but gets dressed anyways. I grab his hand to pull him out of the room but he yanks his hand away. I just shrug.

"Come on." I start running and he follows. We reach the office and he stops running.

"Dude I'm not in trouble at I?" He asks sounding scared.

"Not at all. Come on!" I shout and grab his hand again and he quickly yanks it away.

"Dude Knock it off!" He growls

"Come on. To master mavis's office." I say and he gulps.

"Master mavis?" I call as I enter

"Oh angel your back and with Natsu I see. Please come in and close the door." She says sweetly

"Take a seat." Master mavis says and we both sit down but I can see Natsu is scared.

"Relax Natsu. You didn't do anything wrong." I try to comfort him but he glares at me.

"Now then. Angel has something to say Natsu but I am going to have to ask you to sign something first." Mavis says and slides him a paper "it's a contract. By signing it you agree to be bound to secrecy about anything we say in this room."

Natsu looks at us confused but signs the paper.

"Ok so what's the big deal?" Natsu asks sounding unamused.
