They both looked at me as I took a deep breath...he was...perfect. His perfect tan...his medium brown hair...his breath taking eyes that were a mix between brow and green... And even though he was wearing a nice white shirt I could tell he had a killer body. I could tell he was a heartbreaker.

Just looking at him made me feel like jelly so I held onto the near by desk and wow I regret that because as soon as I did I was pushed to the floor by grumpy.

" I TOLD YOU DON'T TOUCH ENYTHING!" he spat out "I'm so sorry grumpy" I gasped as soon as I relized what I had said. Just as he was raising his hand to punch me he was ripped forcefully and thrown into a wall as far away from me as possible. I looked up to see the perfect man for some reason he had a tint of red in his eyes it was frighting yet somehow a total turn on.

As he walked to grumpy he growled lowly. "you will never. Oh and I mean NEVER put another had on her again... Do you understand me?" he said this all so quietly and slowly I was scared shitless and I wasn't even the one in trouble. Grumpy nodded his head franticly "ye-yes sir... Sorry alpha..."

"good... Now leave before I tear your heart out..." with those last words grumpy bolted out the door

The man walked slowly to me to be sure not to scare me " I'm so sorry for that. Are you okay?" he said sincerely. "yes I am fine thank u" I said looking down at my arm trying to not look into his eyes. He laughed "no your not you keep looking at your arm is it hurt? Let me see it"

I stretched my arm out to him. Wincing as he touched it lightly. As I did his eyes turned sad like he could feel the pain. " it's sprained I'll just wrap it up and it should feel better in the next week or so" he said as he walked to a cabinet and took out a gauze.

When he was finished wrapping my arm up I examined it. " thanks... Haha you should become a doctor you did a great job." I smiled at him and he smiled back. Even though he just throw and threatened grumpy I felt safe with him like he would never hurt me. " nah I have just had my fair share of hurt arms and legs"

"oh" I said making my mouth into the shape of and o. He laughed God his laugh was great. " um how about we go to the diner and get you some food. Its late you must be starving." I hadnt noticed it but yah I was " I'm chase by the way" he said as he extended his hand out for me to shake " I'm hope. Nice to meet you!"

As our hands met I felt sparks and I quickly moved my had away. "ahh my hope" chase said softly so I'm pretty sure he didn't want me to hear " haha um what?". I asked " oh! Um nothing let's go get you some food"
