Even though it was slightly hard to focus on the class instead of what Zack Foster had told me, my English class was kind of normal right until the moment probably midways through the class as my teacher proudly presented us to an unprepared test. I didn’t mind though; I found our topic fairly easy as I had already read the book we had been working with the past weeks, twice. It would be a shame to conclude the same for the rest of my class, as they loudly like puppies in pain started protesting. Honestly it was amusing considering how silent they had been for the first half part of the class not participating in the lesson. Secondly I hoped it would take my mind of the annoying and playful conversation with Zack.

I packed my stuff away as instructed to, smiling crookedly while writing my name on the top of the paper, as my teacher made his way down through the rows of tables handing out the five pages long test. Soon all that was heard was the scribbling sound of the pens against paper with the exception of the occasional sigh of frustration.

It didn’t really come as a surprise to anyone as I finished the test as the first one; the teacher send me a proud smile and told me with a whisper that I was free to go and a ‘have a nice weekend Ms. Stone’.  Therefore it didn’t take many heart beats for me to hurry out of there relieved that I at least didn’t have to be bothered with Zack Foster maybe confronting me again. I hurried out through the corridors enjoying the early start of my weekend with a soft grin already excited for The Square tonight.

Sitting at the stairs to the main entrance; I send Emily a text explaining to her that I had gotten off early, as I could perfectly imagine her not being too fond if she couldn’t find me in the stream of students exiting the English classroom in a twenty minutes time. Right as I pressed the send button a voice interrupted me, “oh this is a sad sight isn’t it?”

I immediately turned around feeling the chills run down my spine as my eyes to my utter regret found - Jessica who was looking down at me with an evil smile that could belong to a Barbie doll. By her side was one of her so called ‘friends’.

“Can I help you with anything?” I asked briskly staring up at her not specifically in the mood for dealing with Jessica – it didn’t matter how happy I was; I was never in the mood to deal with her. Her poisonous smile grew wider to my annoyance and I barely kept myself from rolling my eyes over her, “actually you can. You can get the hell out of my way, loner.” Jessica’s friend laughed and covered her mouth with her hand.

I narrowed my eyes at her in complete disbelief and annoyance, “you do realize this stair case is like three meters wide don’t you? Speaking of which shouldn’t you be attending some sort of educational matter at this moment – I’d highly advice you to reconsider attending math class in specific; if you ask me you’ve been missing out majorly on that if you can’t even count to three.”

I should have kept my mouth shut. I should. I should. I should. But maybe I felt superior today or maybe I’d just had it with Jessica always behaving like hell to everyone she thought less of. The friend of the bee queen gasped in shock a few seconds after.

I witnessed how Jessica’s eyes turned into fire - the lethal kind that would destroy everything in its way. Her toothy white bleached smile, with the huge blue eyes and the pink rosy cheeks in contrast with the way her features seemed to twist in edgy frustration over my voice almost made me grunt a chuckle, but I managed to keep my smile restrained.

She narrowed her eyes at me, as she grabbed the bag tighter, “you should be very careful with what you say to me – whatever your name is –“ I couldn’t hold back the sour chuckle as she tried making me feel like I was nothing merely because she didn't know my name - or pretended to anyway.
