You were on your 6th hour of work, the day spent behind a cashier had been very tiring, some people would think that the job as a cashier wasn't hard at all but they were very wrong. Keeping up the smile for six hours was no easy task for your face muscles to bear, and all those hours were spent standing up, as you hadn't had the time to arrange yourself a chair before work. The shop would be crowded until late, and there was never a day where you wouldn't encounter at least a couple of difficult costumers of every kind.

There was only one hour left until your shift would end and every five minutes your eyes would dart the little watch around your wrist, only to feel disappointed because what had felt like half an hour had really just been five minutes. An annoyed huff left your lips as they frowned into a pout.

A few minutes later there was another customer putting their groceries onto the counter, expecting you to start scanning them. Without a glance at the costumer, you left your complaints about later and got to work again, pushing several buttons on the cashier, a few moments later there was a white piece of receipt pressing itself out of a receipt machine. Ripping it carelessly away, and extending it towards the customer as you fished out some plastic bags.

"Receipt?" you asked while doing your thing.

"No thanks." your ears perked up at the familiar voice and with big eyes, you turned your face towards the current costumer. Black curly locks, fair and pale skin, making his big eyes pop even more. The heart was slamming against your ribs with slight shock and the blood was begging to warm up your face. Your hand crumbling the receipt harshly between your fingers as you drew your hand back, offering the male a genuine smile.

You hadn't expected him to show up here this late, but you didn't mind it, you got to see him more and that's what mattered. Minseok returned your smile with enthusiasm as a little chuckle escaped his lips.

"Something more?" you eventually offered, not being able to hide the excitement and hope in your voice, the boy only smiled at your behavior as he shook his head as a no and started heading to the packing area when he suddenly stopped in his tracks, heading back to your counter, earning a questioning look.

"Actually yes, there's something more I'd need," he announced at the same time he was leaning his arms onto the counter, crossing the distance between the two of you, his eyes right in front of yours, for a second you forgot how to breathe, though his proximity was making this bad work day so much better so you found yourself smiling after he told you his need.

"Could I have one of those free kisses from this cashier?" his index finger brought your face even closer, on your lips was a corny smile as you shook your head.

"Just because you asked so nicely." You gave in to the temptation and took the lead, leaning closer this face, attaching your lips to his. The faint taste of coffee making you relax as his lips part yours ever so slightly just to deepen the kiss.

The moment you parted you were breathless, the smile eventually curling back onto your lips, and this time it wasn't tiring smiling, because it was genuinely.

"When do you get off?" Minseok asked. a hint of impatience clear in his voice and you quickly checked your watch, grinning at him seeing the short amount of time left on your shift.

"Ten minutes," he smiled at the answer and resumed packing his groceries.

"I'll wait for you then, see you soon, Jagi."
