chapter five
( Above is a second version of the cover, lmk which one you like more ! )
✺ ✺ ✺Sebastian was avoiding her.
It was predictable. Lana practically told him she doesn't care about him, which wasn't true. Of course, she didn't know much about him other than he does every dare at a party and that he's dated multiple girls.
She didn't even know him...so why was she so regretful? With any other boy, she would've just broken their heart and called it a day. But, with Sebastian - she felt so guilty that it made her heart drop every time she saw him in the hall.
He would purposely ignore her. His eyes would avert in another direction the instant he saw Lana in the hall, lips pressed into a tight line. Lana even wore her glasses to school...and she never wears her glasses anywhere, yet Sebastian liked how she looked with frames - and now he couldn't even look at her.
"What's wrong Lana?" Chris asked, pulling her out of her thoughts.
Lana smiled weakly in response, "Nothings' wrong."
"Liar." Chris screwed his brows together, "Come on princess...what's up?"
Lana never tells anybody any of her problems...but, maybe Christopher was an exception. He did tell her all of his problems, ranging from how much his little sister annoys him to the hot boy in his class who was sending mixed signals.
"It's about Sebastian."
"I heard you two went to the drive in together." Chris stated, leaning against the locker. He didn't straighten his hair that day, but it made him seem older...Chris hated his natural hair, said it made it look like he had a "birds nest" on the top of his head.
"Yeah...it didn't go so great."
"Brittany told me." Chris winced, "He really ditched you for Veronica? What a douche."
"I kinda...messed it up."
Chris' dark eyes rolled to the back of his head, "No kidding...it seems like he's been ignoring you."
"Is it really that obvious?" Lana questioned, turning around anxiously to see if he was behind her.He wasn't.
"Yes." Chris chuckled, "You better tell me what went down...or if, you went down."
"Ew." Lana scowled, "No...he kissed me."
"Oh shit," Chris grinned, "how was it?"
"Bad-"
"Too much tongue? Bad breath? Chapped lips-"
"I bit him."
"What?" Chris' eyes widened, "You gotta be joking."
