"Mmph," Shawn mutters as he pulls his face out of the pillow. The flashing red alarm clock reads 6:00, which means it's time for priso--I mean school. Everyday Shawn would get picked on in some form of a fat, gay, retarded, kind of "joke". Just because he dared to be different and be a geek at the same time doesn't mean he should have to put up with idiots who think they are better than him when they couldn't even answer simple math. Now Shawn's not the best either, but he's at least decent. Hi only friends who happen to be girls--Lauren and Rebecca-- (friendzoners at that) who sorta took Shawn under their wing and love him like a brother. Even though he's secretly had a huge crush on Lauren for a year or two now. He tries his upmost not to offend his only two friends and always tries to keep up even though he has a lot if stuff keeping him behind. But back to the school scenario--- as Shawn pulls himself from his lumpy, messed up bed his phone begins to buzz. "I hope I'm not late again," he says to himself as he answers the cracked iphone. "Hello"? He says in a tired, razzled voice. "Hey guy!" The person answers, it's Rebecca. "Hey girl!" Shawn replied, obviously copying her. "hows it going? Are you ready for the arcade today"? Rebecca replies, a sense of enlightenment in her voice."arcade"? Shawn replies. Ah yes, this is when he realized. It wasn't a school day at all. It was Saturday!
