Newt was explaining what was called the glade, I didn't really listen I was to worried about my brother
"You ok love?" Newt asked looking to me "me? Oh yeah I'm ummm- fine?" I said trying to sound convincing but really I just wanted to see my brother "he's ok, do you wanna go see him" newt said practically reading my mind "yes please" I said "alright" we walked over to Mhino and my brother
"Hey kayla are you ok?" My brother said walking up to me "I'm fine, are you ok?" I ask looking over my brother for injuries "I'm ok but they put me in something called the slammer" "I bet that was fun" I said "oh just a blast" he said glaring at Mhino "it's your fault" Mhino said flatly "mhm sureeeeeee" Thomas said, I smile a little "anyway do you two need anything?" Newt asked "food?" I asked shyly "sure, this way" he said and gesturing for me to follow "you coming?" I said looking at Thomas "sure" he said shrugging his shoulders.

                              *At the kitchen*

I meet the cook his name is fry which is short for frypan "Thanks fry" I said "no problem kayla" he said, we sat down at a table in the far back away from everyone "so, what else do you guys know?" Newt said taking a bite of his sandwich "all we know is our names and that were siblings " Thomas said "but why would they send two of you?" Mhino asked "I don't know" I said "maybe were special?" I said more like a question, Mhino snorted loudly "maybe kayla but Thomas? I don't think so" "hey!" Thomas said, just then the guy with strange eyebrows came up and put a hand on my shoulder "hey, maybe we should meet up later and have a little 'chat'" he said in my ear I felt very uncomfortable and he made it worse by moving his hands to my hips "hey!" I said shoving his hands of me "What are you doing to my sister?!" Thomas said standing up and getting in the guys face "get out of my face slinthead!" He said pushing Thomas "don't touch my brother!" I said standing up I really had no idea what I was gonna do
"And what are you gonna do sweetheart" he said softly, I wasn't really thinking but I slapped him right across the face. Shit.
