I looked into Kendly's big, beautiful, brown eyes and realized that I could be ready. I could be ready to belong to Him and be his wife. For him to belong to me forever and to live in loves manifestation of each other. But could I still be the impulsive girlfriend I was a year ago? Should it even matter?

"Kendly," I started

"I love you so much," He said, starting to doubt my answer.

"Kendly," I paused. "I would love to spend the rest of my life with you."

He picked me up in the tightest, most intimate hug I have ever experienced.

"I never doubted you babe." He said smiling and crying. I'd have to admit that I was crying too despite my efforts to hold back. I guess all that's left to say about that night was that it was one of the best nights of my life and that some of the neighbors may not have gotten any sleep.

TWO DAYS LATER

Kendly and I had decided to go away for a short time to celebrate our engagement. We didn't want to have a party or anything so we figured we could enjoy this. There had been many options for our three day getaway such as New York, Florida, California, Washington, Arizona, But in all reality neither of us could settle on anything shy of Las Vegas.

The both of us had packed our bags and gathered the needed necessities. We had loaded our car with the vintage suit cases and Cary-ons. Kendly cranked the car and pulled out of the tight parking lot. We had an early flight so neither of us were too talkative during the drive. Before either of us could even really create an awkwardness, we had arrived and checked our bags and such. We took our seats that were arranged next to one another and buckled in after loading our bags above our heads. The ride went by pretty fast with petty conversation as well as heavy topics released into the air.

We walked hand in hand into the terminal, happily in love. We made our way to the bag drop and waited patiently with all of the other people yearning to move on with their trip. I looked around gazing at the beautiful glass ceiling. I turned behind me to observe the public and I saw a man in a suit with a white button down. He was carrying a cell phone at his side and had brown ruffled hair. He looked semi young, and had a strong, dark tan. The thing that was weird about it though was that it wasn't a casual look. It was intense, almost like he was studying me. When he saw that I detected him, He raised his phone to his head and spoke immediately. It startled me but of course it had to be a coincidence. Why would someone like that be following someone like me? They wouldn't.

"Babe, come on." Kendly said grabbing our bags from the track.

"Ok" I said not hesitating to hurry along.

"Hey, are you ok?" He said sensing my disshouvlement.

"Yeah. I'm so good." I said smiling.

"Good. Let's go party then!"

I smiled and followed him to wherever the exit was. I just couldn't get my mind cleared. It made me remember he strange woman at the pharmacy the other day. There was just something off about her.

"Hey, would you mind if I met you at the hotel?"

"What? Why?"

"I'm just not feeling so hot. Please?"

"I'm not too crazy about this but if you insist."

"Thanks honey. I just need a little bit of time."

He pulled out a slip of paper and started writing on it.

"Here's the hotel address. I'll meet you there?"
