Danielle was prepping with the castle staff on getting the ballroom in shape for her parent's ball and Gaston asked her if she would join him for a dance then she said "You mean tonight?" he said "I guess?" she said "Sure, but you're going to have to change your attire?" he said "Let me guess it's not becoming?" she said "The guys can help you with that, Uncle Cogsworth and Uncle Lumiere" the two came when they heard her voice Lumiere said "Reporting for duty, princess" she said "Can you help him find something suitable to wear for a dance?" Lumiere looking at him he said "Why of course, anything for you princess" Cogsworth said "We'll make sure he's proper dressed" she said "Like you did for father?" he said "Oh, I see of course come Lumiere we don't have time to waste" they took him away Danielle giggled. Gaston underwent a shower and grooming to being dressed almost like her father was down to the same attire while Danielle she was dressed elegantly and beautiful and greeted him in the ballroom they smiled

he took her hand and led her to the center of the ballroom where she faced him she went and curtsied and he bowed Cogsworth, Lumiere, Plumette and Mrs. Potts were there watching as Maestro Cadenza played the piano and Mrs. Potts sung "So Close":

they took to dancing she placed his right arm on her waist and her right arm on his shoulder and held his left paw with her hand and led him to dancing the waltz he was remembering how to dance alongside her since that's all she knew how to dance over and over for last 17 years.
