"Thank you all for coming today." Asher grins at Joshua, Billy, and Isaac.
"You say that like we came at our own free will." Joshua grumbles as he adjusts his beanie. Asher glares at him but places his professional smile again. He called the boys for an emergency sleepover at Billy's lavish home. After Billy shared that he went to the prestigious Weston's Preparatory Academy with Asher, the boys wanted to know everything about him. They bombarded him with questions about his personal life, desiring to genuinely get to know him.
"You guys are too nosy!" Billy whined as Isaac asked for his social security number.
"It's not our fault you lied to us about your identity!" Asher defended.
"I was scared you wouldn't accept me!"
"You're a coward then." Asher stuck his tongue out at him.
"Stop insulting Billy. No wonder he didn't tell us anything." Joshua protected Billy. "Ok. Where do I make the next turn?"
"Right here." Billy said. Joshua was driving them all back home from Mr. Mosby's. He refused to let anyone walk as it was getting dark fast. The order of drop off was Billy, Asher, and then Isaac.
"Why do I get dropped off second?" Asher complained in order to vex Joshua.
"Because I feel like it. Don't question me." Joshua reprimanded. He decided this way simply because he didn't see a point of dropping Isaac first then driving north. He decided he would go straight north and work his way down. As they pass grand homes with trimmed gardens and expensivecars in the driveway, the boys marveled at the luxury.
"Damn! Is that a Harley Davidson?" Isaac squealed excitedly as they see a Iron 883 parked on a driveway. Asher began laughing at him; Isaac cleared his throat and erased the smile on his face. "Whatever; I don't even care."
"Yes, you do! You were fan-boying! " Asher giggled, trying to control himself.
"St-t-top here." Billy nervously commanded, dampening the cheery atmosphere.
"We haven't gotten to your house yet." Joshua shook his head as he saw that Billy wanted him to drop him off at the corner of a street.
"I c-c-can walk." He tried to open the door, but it was locked.
"Don't be stupid." Isaac quirked his brow at Billy, and Billy gulped.
"Make the t-t-turn here, and go s-s-traight. It's the l-l-last house."
"Holy sh*t!" Asher exclaimed what the others were thinking. Billy's house was the biggest they've seen so far. The white mansion reminded them of a Grecian palace. Statues line the long driveway, and grand trees proudly shade them with their leaves.
"W-w-welcome to m-my humb-b-ble abo-o-ode." Billy breathed out, to anxious to hear what they would say.
"Humble! If this is humble, I wonder what your definition of extravagant is! Why didn't you tell us you were rich? I would've made you pay for my cigarettes. Why the hell are you working at Mama Claire's? You must have a trust fund! You're a trust fund baby." Asher ruffled Billy's hair and poked his cheek.
"For this reason." Billy snapped as he exited the vehicle.
"You pissed him off." Joshua hissed at him and went after him.
