Hi there! Thanks for taking your time for reading this book, I appreciate it. Now for some information about this book I didn't put into the description:

• Some chapters may be a little depressing ( Sorry, that's my mind set when it comes to writing a lot of the time 😂)

• Book will include special guest celebrities, cameos if you will of my favourite musicians and Freddie's friends (although I have since grown a dislike to Elton John, fans of Michael Jackson will understand why-)

Anyways enough of me talking, you're probably bored. Comment if you wish, Enjoy!

Disclaimer: This imagine may be depressing, it involves Freddie's diagnosis so if you don't want to read skip if you want! ❤️

1987

You walk through the door of Garden Lodge, your footsteps echoing in the silence of the vast empty house, immediately you are greeted with Delilah, usually you'd fuss her and kiss her but today wasn't a day to celebrate.

You smiled slightly as she looked up at you her eyes twinkling with curiosity but you just walked past her.

Just as another pair of footsteps are heard.

Freddie's.

He walked in not even acknowledging the cats existence, nor saying a word to you- Fred hasn't said a single word since you walked into the doctors room.

Briefly his eyes meet yours, the eyes which are usually so full of life and happiness were now replaced with sadness and despair, his eyes still puffy and red from his silent crying, you didn't look much better, your hair was disheveled and eyeliner and mascara running all down your face, god you looked an awful sight.

Freddie brushes past you and walk towards the living room with you following close behind. As he sits on the sofa Freddie puts his head in his hands, he wasn't crying anymore just dealing with the information given to him.

To be honest, he wasn't that surprised being told he had AIDS, you had both known something wasn't right for a while but you didn't want to admit it. But then again who would?

You approach him and put your hand on his shoulder, he tensed up but quickly at the contact but soon relaxed at the contact.

Without looking up he hummed lightly- nothing much, but it was enough for him to tell you that he was ok. You didn't entirely believe it, but didn't want to argue with him knowing he needed support rather than conflict and to be honest you didn't even feel like talking.

However, the silence was killing you so you spoke up.

"Freddie, why don't we go and get changed, huh? Then we can watch TV, or we could just go to bed, it's got to be more comfortable than sitting here." You got no response so, you tried again "Freddie, come on let's get into some more comfortable clothes"

This time looks at you and says with a rough, emotionless voice, "You go dear, I'm fine."

"You can't sleep in those Fred. Just... at least come upstairs." He looks at you as if to say 'I'm okay, you go get changed I'll be up in a minute' so with a half hearted sigh you head upstairs and get changed without argument.
