Former Self

YelMel's POV~

"Talk to me! Open your eyes!" Blue and Red shouted as they looked at the fallen green warrior and gently shook his body.

I slowly walked over to them and knelt beside Green. "Farewell... Hero." I whispered before rushing off in the direction of Shadow and Vio.

I felt something within me like my inner fox had been awakened. I was running so fast Red and Blue wouldn't be able to catch up with me. I felt free though.

I was going to find Vio, and I was going to kill him. Nothing was going to stop me! It's one thing to toy with my emotions, but another thing to straight out kill one of my closest friends!

I stopped, panting slightly as I came across some sort of giant menacing building. This had to be the place Vio and Shadow took off to.

I didn't hesitate at all as I ran into the building. I was greeted by a hinox coming to attack me, but in one swift and powerful strike of my sword, he was down. Holy crap! I scare myself when I'm angry!

More and more came to great me, but I kept pushing my way past them. "VIO!" I yelled as loudly as I could. "I KNOW YOU'RE IN HERE YOU DUMB JERK! COME OUT AND SHOW YOURSELF! UNLESS YOU'VE TAKEN LESSONS FROM SHADOW AND WOULD PREFER TO HIDE IN THE DARKNESS!"

Just then I heard footsteps coming toward me. It sounded like more than one person to. I smirked and held my blade backward like Ventus. "Finally, a real challenge!" I said as Vio rounded the corner.

"Mel!" He gasped, probably faking his concern. "What are you doing? It's dangerous here! You could get yourself killed!" He said, running beside me.

"OH NO YOU DON'T!" I snapped and pushed him away, taking him off guard as he stumbled. "You... You killed Green... You hurt all of us! You're a MONSTER!" I yelled pointing my sword at him.

Ivory and Shadow came out from the same corner as Vio did and looked at the scene with wide eyes.

"Mel wait!" Vio pleaded, but I gave him a stone cold glare. "I didn't kill-"

"I SAW YOU!" I yelled cutting him off as a swung my sword down, but he blocked it. "DON'T TREAT ME LIKE I'M STUPID! I may not be smart but I'm not stupid enough to get tricked by you again!"

"I'm telling the truth!" He replied as he circled around me, keeping his guard up.

I looked over at Ivory and Shadow. "So, you got Ivory to?" I asked coldly. "I'll kill you all!" I said, "Ivory... He killed Green!" I slashed my sword at Vio again, but he raised his sword to block the attack.

"What? I don't believe you. Besides the-" I cut her off, "Shut up! Just shut up!" She crossed her arms with a disappointed look.

"Why won't you fight back?!" I snapped, "Coward! Or is it because I'm a girl?! You didn't care when you fought Green! Why am I any different?!" I asked, looking at him like a crazed person.

"Mel calm down..." He said in his usual voice. "I don't want to hurt you..."

"You liar!" I yelled, watching him like a hawk. "I-"

All of a sudden I was cut off by a hand reaching out and grabbing me. "HYAH! HAH! HUWA HA!" Was all I heard from the person holding me.

"What the-" I asked confused. "PUT ME DOWN, YOU BIG BULLY!"

He simply responded with more of his weird jibberish but kept a hold of me.

"Mel..." Vio spoke softly but looked at me with genuine concern. It was hard not to believe that he was actually worried.
