"Bonjour, Antonio!," A certain Frenchmen said as he approached his dear Spanish friend, with a proud smile.

"Aola, Francis, may I ask why you have came over to my house?," the Spainard asked with raised eyebrow.

"Well I have found this little fella," Francis says holding up Texas, who was still only looked to be around six years old," And because he is so cute I wish become his guardian and claim him as my own. My explorer, René-Robert Cavelier, had even found a city and named it Sieur de La Salle inside the state you now have in your poession. Besides, you seem to be so busy with all your other colonies, and don't forget... you have your fights with England. And you can't have too much stress, Besides! I will be an amazing parent."

Antonio listened to his friend speak, blinking a few times," So your telling me, to give you Texas because you found a city in it so you may claim it as your own??"

"Yes.. that is correct..."

"..."

"Come on! I promise I'll bring it right back and such," Franic told the other country. "Come on... please? Besides, I don't think Matthew wouldn't mind having a sister and another brother."

"A sister?? When was that?"

"My colony... La Salle? Remember?"

"Ah, si, si," the Spainard nods his head as he thinks about it for a bit glancing at Texas and France before sighing. "Fine... but! If you ever let that kid get into any trouble do not ask for my assistance."

"Understood... now, can we go to ypur office to do some paper work?"

"Si...," Antonio sighedrubbing his head, as they then went to his office to fill out the paperwork.

(Warning... Sad part)

For mostly 33 years, Texas and the colony had been under Francis's care but they had heard stories a brother/cousin named Canada who they couldn't wait to see one day, since Francis promise them he might bring Canada down here once perhaps.

La Salle on the other hand was now about seven years old and loved her papa Francis very much. Espeaiclly when he would come over and visit her and her older brother Texas.

She enjoyed him doing her hair, making sure she was well taken care of and the enjoyable hugs they would receive from the Frenchman.

But it then soon came to the words she was always afraid of hearing as she saw a man with tan skin, green eyes, and dark brown hair come in with her papa.

She looked up at her papa," Papa, who is this person? What is he doing here?"

"This is your uncle Spain, he is here to take care of you and Texas who is his son," Francis explained the the child.

"Why is he here to take care of us, uncle France?," Texas asked the French country.

"Well sadly because I am leaving you in his care and of course leaving to go back to my country...," Francis tells them.

La Salle on the other hand was not liking this at all. She she almost seemed she was about to cry. The young girl clung onto her dress in her fists, her bottom lip sticking out in a pout which stuffled.

Texas tried his best to calm down his cousin but it was not working. As she soon balled out in tears, sobbing before running over and hugging her papa's legs. "N-No! You can't go, papa!"

The Frenchman frowned at seeing his "daughter's" reaction before gently stroking the top of the little girl's head. "I know, Sally," he said using the human name her gave her. "But I must..."

"No! You don't!," she sobbed out angrily, she wanted him to stay so badly.

Francis sighed before picking her up and as she thought he was gonna hold her. He gave her one last hug and quick kiss on the forehead before she was placed in Antonio's arms.

"I'm sorry, ma petite fille," he said, trying to take a smile as he walked to the door to leave stopping for a second turning his head to look back one more time," But it's for the best.... Au revoir"

He then left....

La Salle screamed for her papa, and thrashed in Spain's arms before she finally had gotten put and ran outside to catch up with her father.

But it was too late.... Francis hopped into the coach and was gone. Leab8ng only a faded trail of dust behind as he went away from her.

She then sat their crying.

And  as time would go on and she became mostly forgotten which aged to her to an old woman. She will shed a tear, as she hopes to see her papa one more time....
