I woke up with a new found confidence and I felt fresh. That never happens so it was weird to know that the moment I woke up and my eyes opened immediately, a smile broke out on my face. I checked my phone and it was 8:30 am. I woke up earlier... okay there's something wrong with me, that rarely happens.

I turned the alarms off and walked down the stairs to make some breakfast. I quickly baked a batch of corn muffins. I made some coffee and added some Nutella into the mix. I took my sweet time in eating my food and afterwards I looked at the time. 9:15... I guess I'll wake Louis up.

"Hey! Wake up!" I hit him on the shoulder in hopes he would wake up faster. He's a heavy sleeper, great.

"Hey panini head! Open your eyes!" This time I didn't have to hit him to see him open his eyes.

"I'm up! What do you want?" He mumbled into the pillow, snuggling more on the couch.

"You asked me to wake you up at nine. So I woke you up at nine fifteen." I sat next to him on the couch and waited for a response.

"Ugh, why would you wake me up fifteen minutes late?" He was slowly waking up, he pulled his head off the pillow and slowly sat down next to me.

"Because I made corn muffins, coffee with Nutella and I just thought that you deserved to sleep a bit more. Now come on, you need breakfast and I need to binge watch some tv before getting ready! Still can't believe we are going to meet the boys!"

I skipped into the kitchen with Louis behind me. "Thanks for the food."

"You're welcome! Now what are we going to do until we have to get ready?"

"Well I was thinking we'll probably need to save our voices for tonight so I brought a bag of cough drops, some movies and a lot of breath mints."

"For?" I gave him a curious look as I opened my phone and checked my social media.

"Cough drops so we can not have a sore throat. A movie so we can watch something peacefully. And breath mints so that we don't smell like grandma."

"True! Oh shite!" I almost dropped my phone.

"What's wrong?" Louis spoke with his mouth full. "Look at the band's twitter... why is it such a big deal!? I'm not Cinderella!"

"You wish you were though. Let me check."

I kept looking at my phone screen in shock. Jonah was wearing my dad's ring and he held a picture of the Mystery Girl. In the next one he was point at the camera and in the last picture it was a picture of all the guys smiling at the camera while Jonah held up a heart.

What in the actual heck!

"Okay this is getting way too out of hand. Either you dm him or I'm stealing your phone to do so." I looked up at Louis as he gave me a stern look. I knew what he meant. It was getting way too out of hand. I mean come on I only spoke to him once and now he's doing that. This is way too freaky.

So that's what I did, I texted him. He deserved to know, plus I wanted my dad's ring back.

Me: Hi, I want my ring back.

"Sent! See straight forward and to the point." I showed Louis my message and his eyes popped out of his head.

"Are you kidding me? You could've been way nicer."

"Look I know he's not going to answer so what's the point in going with formalities." My phone pinged again and Louis looked at me.

"You know what I won't say it... but I need to, I told you so."

I picked up my phone and checked who messaged me. Fairly enough Jonah's account was at the top of my dm list, it also had the small check mark which meant it was verified but you know that already.

Jonah: And who said I was going to just give it to you?

"Oooh pretty boy has a nerve!" Louis said over my shoulder as he read what Jonah wrote.

"I really don't want to be desperate but come on it's my dad's ring! What should I say?" I looked at him in hopes of finding the answer.

"Don't look at me, how would I know? ... you know what just type that it's your dad's ring."

Me: It's my dad's.

Jonah: Why would you have it chained on your neck?

Me: None of your business...

"He's not helping!" I yelled at Louis.

"Then let's do this. I'll take your phone and you won't use it until we get to the concert, you can talk to Jonah then." I handed him my phone and he set it up to charge. I nodded my head and fidgeted in my spot.

We spent the next few hours in silence, downing cough drops and watching movies.
