Rapture

to you

I was sitting on my bed with the curtains drawn.
During sunset, the golden rays of the sun broke into my room.
Even though I squinted my eyes,and put my hand over my eyes,
it fell all over me.

The serenity that emerged from my heart at that moment reminded me of you.

When Iam out on my car ,
I realize how wonderfully this world functions..
Different people from different parts of the world.
They have different stories.

Different ways of living and yet when the traffic light being displayed is red, we all stop.

For a moment,people leave behind everything that they have to attend,
Even if they're in a hurry,they stop.
We all stop.

That calmness I feel at that moment is you.

When I look at the mirror and realise that it's pure beauty to accept ourselves the way we are and self love is very important.
Every scar that we have,
is a sign of our glory that narrates the tale of how we've survived on this battlefield, we call world.
I don't know how but,it reminds me of you.
I guess that's because,
You taught me to love myself.

I associate you with stargazing on the roof at 3am and walking along the beach side at night.

I associate you with fairy lights put inside a glass jar and lyrics written on a paper and slipped between the pages of a diary.

I associate you with adventorous road trips without a destination.

I associate you with all fairy tales of faraway blithe lands that, I've read of.

Sometimes,I just close my eyes and fall into the thought of you.
will I ever get a chance to hold you?
Will I ever be able to tell you what you mean to me?
I don't think so .
But,
It's okay

Because, I have your music to,hold on to.
I have it to,
embrace it forever.

Your a voice is as beautiful as the waves of the ocean seems to be on a full moon night.
And I feel,
I wouldn't mind drowning in it.

In those moments,
When Iam laughing my heart out and living my life.
I think of you.
What you might be doing.

It's weird.
Isn't it?
How we look up at the same sky and see such different things.

You are that bus i have boarded which am sure doesn't have
any destination.
But,the journey is amazing anyways.

You honestly are the cause of my euphoria.

There is so much to learn from you. You are my definition of perfection.
Your existence is a mere pleasure for me

Your smile is what encourages me, to live.
You don't known about my existence but, my existence is unexplainably intertwined with yours.
I feel like you belong to another dimension;a world which exists only in dreams; dreams that makes you cry when you wake up and realize,it's not true.

You know what?
It's hard to love you but,
harder it is to,
refrain from,
loving you.
