People like us,
are those, who;
feel less,
Think more,
And write even more.

Our dictionary is devoid of the concepts of,
living and being happy.

We tend to write about something that could've happened and something that didn't happen instead of something that...
actually happened.

We always reserve the role of the protagonist for our tears and flaws, while our smiles and laughter remain unsung heroes.

When our hearts break,
Poetry steals the show and we,
think of how beautifully we can write about the moment in which, our spirits fell down like crumpled paper.

And,
If our hearts could speak,
It would surely accuse our minds for being such pathetic,merciless insensitive beings.

Unfortunate enough but,
Our beautiful minds always overestimates what the heart feels.
Speaking of which,
We can be heartless to the extent that, we exploit individuals or their feelings and thoughts as nothing but mere pawns to flourish what we pen down to, appease our audience.

We make pain look beautiful.
And happiness seem monotonous.

We're the ones who'll leave you crying at the crack of dawn because you found a poem which resonates with your first heartbreak.
Or the ones who will stir up the bundle of fond memories of your first love which you,
left in your old classroom.

Yes,we're poets.

The ones who,
