Deadlox's POV
***************

I opened my eyes to see light flooding the room. It is the start of the second day of being here.

I look to my left to find Sky there, sleeping peacefully. I thought it would be best not to disturb him.

I slowly lifted myself out of bed and headed towards my chest. I needed to go hunting. The food we have now won't last us.

I grab a pork chop from the chest and also my iron sword, bow and 20 arrows. I think this will do.

I opened the door carefully to avoid it making noise and stirring Sky. Because he would demand for himself to go hunting, to keep me safe. But I don't want that.

I close the door as carefully as i'd opened it and ran off into the distance. I passed a couple of houses where other people had decided to settle down.

I saw Bodil outside his house, placing down glass to be used as windows. I approached him.

"Hey Martin."

He turned around and smiled when he saw me.

"Hey."

I scanned the exterior of his house. Touches were everywhere, the house was made with Acacia Wood, making it an orange colour.

"Nice house." I said, trying to be as less awkward as possible.

Bodil looked down at the floor.

"Thanks, it kinda got overrun by creepers last night because we forgot to put torches down so I've had to spend the whole morning fixing it. Simon is still asleep so he doesn't have the faintest clue."

I looked at him, giggling.

"And he never will." I said, doing an evil laugh which set Bodil off laughing. The laugh you can't get bored of.

"Anyways, I'm off hunting, see ya around?" I say, walking off.

"Bye." Bodil shouted.

I walked in the direction of a hill where I saw animals before, as I was approaching it, I saw two people sitting on planks of wood.

I headed over to them, while doing that, I examined the area around them. Pieces of wood were everywhere, with a tinted black colour.

A faint smell of smoke was in the air as I walked towards them. Had their house set on fire?

A little area full of Obsidian was to their left. Had that been lava?

As I came close to them, I recognized them as Syndicate and Seananners, they both looked tired and upset.

"Hey guys, what happened?" I asked, concerned.

Seananners looked up at me, jumping slightly as he hasn't realised I was there.

"Someone burned our house down while we were sleeping." He said, looking at the grass in front of him again.

"Who?" I asked, growing curious.

"We don't know." Tom piped up. "That's the problem."

I smiled, these guys were seriously in trouble.

"Look, I'm going hunting for now, but when I return home, I'll get some supplies and me and Sky will help you rebuild it. Is that ok?" I asked, I really wanted to help them.

Both of their faces lit up as I said that.

"Of course, we would love that, thank you so much!" Seananners said, smiling at me.

"I'll be back soon then." I said, waving while climbing the hill. I heard the familiar sound of Mooing on top of the hill, so there is at least 1 cow up there.

Jackpot! 4 Cows and 3 Pigs. This will keep us stable for a while. I ran towards them and started slaying them.

Once they were all gone, I analysed my performance. 8 raw beef and 5 raw pork chops. Job done well, I thought.

Just as I was about to turn and head back I saw a figure in the distance. It appeared to be hurt as they were swaying and limping.

Who could that be?

I headed over to them cautiously. Once I got a proper glimpse at him I knew who it was.

"Jordan?" I shouted towards him. It attracted his attention. But as soon as he saw me, he grew scared and started to back away.

"Stay away from me." He said, fear lining his tone, he started to be in pain, as if fighting something.

"Jordan? What's the matter?" I asked, ignoring his threat. He was still backing away from me.

"I don't want to hurt you." He said, tears streaming down his face.

I looked at him, confused. What does that mean?

"Please, go. I'm losing control, I don't want to hurt you. He's taking over, please just... go." He cried, pleading.

I started to back away, losing control? What's controlling him? I watched as he closed his eyes and slumped against a tree, motionless.

I walked backwards, he really wanted me to leave, why? I got my answer...

He opened his eyes, but they weren't his eyes. His usual icy blue minecraft eyes had turned into glowing white ones. Staring into my soul.

"Jordan, no." I said.

A red must stared to form around his hands, like Seto when he was using his magic. Oh God No.

I turned and ran, away from that thing that's controlling him.

I didn't stop until I was outside my house. I slumped down assist the wood at the side of my house, my head in my hands, trying to process what just happened.

There is only one person with those eyes. That's Herobrine. Is Herobrine controlling Captainsparklez?

Captainsparklez had tried to fight back, which is why he had control for a bit.

Why does Herobrine want us?

Why is Herobrine using Captainsparklez?

I stood up, those questions flying around in my brain. I headed back into my house. I'm going to keep what happened there a secret. I don't want anyone to get scared.

I told Sky about the Nanners and Syndicate incident and he agreed to help.

So we set out to help them.
